Hootsuite keeps me grounded

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the content calendar the most. Managing multiple accounts for Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth means switching between platforms, tones, and audiences all day long. Some days it feels like juggling with one hand tied. But then I open Hootsuite, and everything’s laid out in front of me, scheduled posts, drafts, messages, analytics. It’s almost calming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like the analytics are thinking harder than I am. They take a while to load, especially when I’m comparing campaigns or different program pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, so much of what I do is about connection showing people what our university stands for, what our programs can offer, and how education here can change their lives. Hootsuite helps me do that in a way that feels intentional, not rushed.
When we're promoting our MBA or BBA programs, I can track what kinds of posts actually make people stop and engage. I've learned that our student stories and faculty highlights get the most love, so we lean into that more now. It's not just numbers on a dashboard anymore. It's patterns, little insights that shape how we communicate.
It's funny, but using Hootsuite has made me slow down a bit in a good way. It lets me plan, reflect, and tell better stories about who we are as an institution. I feel more creative and less reactive. And in the middle of the constant scrolling, posting, measuring… that balance feels rare and worth keeping.

It makes social media management feel calm, even on the messy days

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Hootsuite for a while now, mostly for my freelance clients and the brands I handle through Wisteria, and honestly, it’s one of those tools that just makes me exhale. You know that moment when you’re staring at ten tabs, each with a different social account, and you’re trying to remember which post is waiting for approval? Yeah. Hootsuite saves me from that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit high. As a freelancer, I wouldn't pay for it myself. It works through my agency, but it's too expensive for solo use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite keeps me steady. That’s probably the best way to put it. Social media can feel constant and loud, especially when you’re managing multiple brands that all want to sound different. Having one place to organize it all helps me stay focused and calm.
At Wisteria, it’s helped us look more professional too. Our clients love the branded reports. It’s such a small thing, but being able to show them a clean, visual breakdown of their engagement or reach makes our work feel tangible.

Effortless Social Management, But Needs Better TikTok and Cover Photo Options

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is the ease of usage. The dashboard explains everything well and the chat feature is very helpful when running into issues ands the customer support is very thorough on solving problems. It was very easy to link our social account and integrate them into the system. The reports on when it is the best time to publish is very helpful. I am constantly using this platform daily for all social media needs. Overall implementing this software into our business has been very easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about Hootsuite is when it comes to selecting a cover photo for reels and tiktoks. I wish it had a greater selection option or that you could select a photo on your own similar to that when posting directly from a social media platform. Also Hootsuite does not give you an option to select or upload a cover photo for TikTok videos. Another thing is that you cannot post photo posts or static carousels on Hootsuite for TikTok. Lastly I wish there was a feature where you could preview your content on your feed to see how it looks on the grid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It it helping us benchmark and compare our social media to others in our industry. this information has been very helpful in how we shape and tweak our strategy to stay cutting edge. Also it has provided great information on how to make our socials more engaging and what areas we can improve in.

Seamless Publishing Made Easy, Though Pricing Could Improve

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless publishing feature is a real advantage. As a design publisher, I often find it challenging to post on multiple platforms, each requiring different write-ups. Hootsuite has made this process much easier for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern was with the pricing; everything else met my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary issue it addressed for me was the ability to publish in various formats across multiple platforms simultaneously, as well as to schedule all of them at once.

Efficient and Complete Management, But with High Prices

  • October 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This social media management platform stands out for its practicality and efficiency. The scheduling of posts across various networks and the unified dashboard make daily management simpler and more organized. Real-time monitoring and performance analytics allow for a better understanding of the audience and the adjustment of strategies based on concrete data. Additionally, collaboration options and integrations with external tools increase team productivity. Overall, it is a comprehensive solution that saves time, maintains brand consistency, and easily adapts to different business sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the paid version, it would be advantageous to offer more flexible and accessible options for freelancers or those starting a project. Plans with lower prices, adjustable features, and limits adapted to the user's size would make the platform more inclusive and competitive. This approach would allow attracting new users and retaining them as their projects grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The paid plan is completely out of my reach since I work as a freelancer. It would facilitate social media management, save time, and performance analyses would allow for a better understanding of the audience and strategy adjustments. I could only access a free trial.

Keeps my small agency running like a bigger one

  • October 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Hootsuite when managing multiple client accounts began feeling like juggling knives. It's been a relief, honestly. Having everything in one dashboard feels grounding. I can schedule posts for three brands, check comments, and glance at analytics without opening ten tabs.
The content calendar is my favorite part it's like a quiet moment of clarity in a messy week. I also like the Canva connection. Sometimes, when I notice a visual isn't sitting right, I can fix it right there instead of jumping to another app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app also feels slower, especially when I’m trying to respond quickly to comments or messages. It works, but it doesn’t feel as smooth as the website on my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Roasmax, it’s like having a quiet assistant who keeps things in line while I focus on the creative work. It helps me plan ahead, track what’s resonating, and show clients something tangible when they ask how their campaigns are doing. It’s also made our internal process cleaner-less guesswork, fewer “did anyone post that yet?” messages.
Before Hootsuite, I was bouncing between platforms all day, feeling like I was managing chaos instead of strategy. Now I can step back, breathe, and actually think about what kind of stories we’re telling. That’s probably the best part. It gives me just enough space to be creative again.

Hootsuite is my old buddy to manage social media

  • October 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Hootsuite back when I worked at WTF in Bengaluru, and I kind of fell in love with how much easier it made social media management. When I joined ReplyAll, a new fashion e-commerce brand we’re about to launch, I convinced our founder to get it. Honestly, it’s one of the best calls we’ve made so far.
There’s something comforting about having everything in one place. I can map out our entire week of posts, check analytics, and respond to messages without juggling five different tabs. The calendar view is clean and visual, and I actually enjoy planning content now. OwlyWriter’s been a huge help too. It’s like a creative backup when my brain’s running dry after too many caption drafts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit of a sting, especially when you’re a small team trying to manage budgets. Some features sit behind a paywall, and while they’re great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're still in pre-launch mode, which is both exciting and chaotic. Hootsuite's kind of our anchor right now. It keeps everything organized, from content ideas to audience engagement. I don't have to chase updates across different apps or worry about missing DMs from potential customers.
It also helps us see what's actually working. The analytics feel real, not just numbers for the sake of numbers, but patterns and insights that tell you why a post performed well. For a young brand like ours, that clarity is everything. It makes me feel like we're building something intentional, not just shouting into the void.

Keeps my social media work under control

  • October 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite every day, both at Pangea Global and for my freelance clients. It feels like that one friend who quietly helps you get your life together without making a big deal about it. I like that I can see everything in one place: the content calendar, engagement, analytics. It's all right there when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app frustrates me more than I’d like to admit. It works fine when I just need to check something quickly, but the moment I try to edit or schedule a post on my phone, it feels clumsy. Sometimes it freezes or logs me out mid-task, and by the time it reloads, I’ve already lost my flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite keeps my social rhythm steady. At Pangea, it helps us stay consistent with client posts without burning out the team. For my freelance projects, it’s the system that lets me work like a one-person agency without losing track of things. I can plan ahead, stay organized, and still have time to think creatively.
It’s not flashy, just quietly reliable. And I’ve grown to appreciate that. When your world revolves around content calendars, brand voices, and deadlines, a tool that keeps things simple is worth more than you realize.

Great for Multi-Platform Scheduling, But AI Copy Needs Personalization

  • October 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule across multiple platforms for a large number of social media profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI suggestions for rewriting copy are not personalized enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize all my posts for a large number of social media accounts in one location and schedule ahead when out of office for travel.
