All in one stop for anything social.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar is a fantastic planning tool. You can see scheduled posts from all team members and create/draft posts directly within the Calendar - making planning seamless amongst various platforms and team members. Our Account Manager made sure we had the necessary knowledge to use the platform in a way that made our jobs easier. Anytime we have had a question we have received a reply with an actionable solution to resolve any request.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could compare post performance across multiple platforms at once. Currently, we can only look at one platform at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning across multiple platforms would be incredibly tedious otherwise. Being able to draft/schedule across multiple platforms at once has saved a ton of time and effort. Within this draft mode you can work on platform specific content as well. Ensuring you can differentiate the content if needed (for example, changing CTA, reducing word count).

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can really customize the way I post, schedule, and pull insights for content, whether it's using different groups of platforms, tagging posts for easy organization, or creating custom reports; it takes tasks that used to take hours and condenses them into minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficulty I've had with Hootsuite is that I can't connect to our Instagram page, but this is more of an issue with Meta and the Meta Business Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am no longer haivng to log into each individual platofmr to post, then log into each to pull insights manually. This saves a lot of time and ensures date is accurate.

A reliable product

What do you like best about the product?
My company, Addition Recovery Care, just signed a 2-year contract with Hootsuite beginning December 1st. We are so excited to start using the platform to streamline what we do. We currently use Brandwatch and have had difficulties with its usability and inaccurate analytics. During our sales pitch meetings with Alexa Rotman-Kalgal, she walked us through the platform, and we were shocked at how simple it was to post on all platforms at once. We quickly realized what a time-saver Hootsuite would be for us. We were also excited to see the analytics reports that were so easy to read and customize to send to our bosses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to our budget, we could not afford the Talkwalker Listening feature, which was very intriguing, but I don't anticipate having any issues with any of Hootsuite's features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our biggest issues using Brandwatch was inaccurate analytics and having to copy and paste each social post for each platform. During our pitch meetings with Alexa, she showed us how user friendly the platform is. We are so excited to begin December 1st! We expect it to save us time and produce analytics we can trust to send to our bosses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite lets me manage all my social media in one place—scheduling, tracking, and engaging is so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Hootsuite is the cost—it can get pretty expensive, especially for smaller teams or solo users.

Allowing us to content schedule across multiple accounts from different regions

Was a bit hard at first to learn all the other tools (talkwalker) but after using it for a while it finally started to make sense.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Hootsuite is the planner -- you can schedule everything you need in one window and if you need to tweak it for other platforms, it is easy to do. The reporting section is also very easy to navigate and create custom reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could customize analytics of one tag to another tag during certain periods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic postings once scheduled, building out my own reports and having to manually report on metrics like I was doing before.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see all streams in one spot. It makes it easy to differentiate what content is going out on each unique platform. I also like how user-friendly the analytics tab is. As someone with not a ton of data-pulling experience, Hootsuite makes it super easy to pull and comprehend data-insights that help me make informed decisions on social.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that bothered me was the inability to schedule Tweets that were longer than the typical character count. While our company pays to have more characters, that change isn't reflected in Hootsuite, making us have to post natively when wanting to post a longer tweet. This makes it hard to see a schedule all in one place and was an added difficulty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easy to have and pull analytics all in one spot. The ability to save reports and then use them/refine them later is very time-efficient for me. Rather than starting a new report from scratch each time I want to see social analytics, I am able to just refer back to that initial report I made and go from there.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's service is outstanding. The team has ensured that our users stay on top of social media trends so that we can maximize our engagement. Since implementing Hootsuite at our organization, our reach has grown 31% and we have grown our engagement on 3 additional channels extending our demographic reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite really needs to work on some of the features that you can only do natively on a platform, including going live on Facebook, liking and connecting with other profiles, creating boomerangs, etc..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 20 different schools that have accounts on 5 different platforms. Hootsuite allows us to easily post network wide as well as from the individual locations.

A helpful tool for social scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite allows you to see a holistic picture around what is scheduled and can easily track links, track analytics and see the month's content at a glance. They have lots of learning opportunities that are super helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is a little frustrating with the platform is that it can be hard to see paid metrics at a glance when you are looking at analytics. Some of the metrics that pop up are sometimes mixed organic and paid and it would be nice to have a better breakdown available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gives a full calendar view of content that is going to be released and allows you to tag each piece of content to easily see performance of different campaigns. This is a great feature to have!

What do you like best about the product?
The people behind it always look out for our team and take our needs into consideration and tranform high expectations into reality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new social listening tool is great to have, I would like if they sourced the data from a wider variety of social media platforms. I also think the basic search tool could be shaped up a bit so conducting competative analyses was more convenient. Also, scheduling content could be revised so it can be a more viable option (ie scheduling stories through Meta, video length limits, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The social listening tool is a great solution and addition to Hootsuite. I think they have a robust analytics tool to easily visualize data for reporting actionable insights.
