What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use when posting and scheduling posts is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Metrics are not as robust as in the LinkedIn platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to schedule posts in advanced which is great for a smaller social team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite organizes analytics for each social media platform. I additionally, like how Hootsuite allows you to schedule social media posts ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping our team by putting everything we need in one place. It allows us to measure analytics and post from the same platform, making social media management much easier.

Great for scheduling and performance tracking

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is how seamlessly it pulls and presents data. I can easily compare our social media performance month-over-month or even on a year-to-date basis, which gives us quick insights into our progress. The competitor analysis feature is also a huge plus. Scheduling posts is straightforward and efficient, and with TikTok now included, it’s even easier to plan and organize our content across all platforms in one place. Our rep is always checking in on us/informing us on knew features, which has been great. I also enjoy the webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find challenging with Hootsuite is accessing the information I need through social listening. Currently, I'm unable to pull data from Meta or TikTok, though I’m meeting with my rep to hopefully resolve it soon. I also wish there were options to schedule Facebook Stories and longer videos directly through Hootsuite. Right now, I still have to use Meta to schedule these, which disrupts the all-in-one convenience I look for in a social media tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite takes the stress out of scheduling content and helps make sure our strategy is continually driving better results.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite keeps me organized. I have far too many accounts that I use daily that i need help keeping organinzed. Hootsuites easy to link all my social media accounts and has a stream that I can track all that has posted. I can reach out to the team with any questions I have and they respond so fast even being in a different timezone. Hootsuite definitely has made my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is a downfall is the ability to post Facebook Stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has increased my productivity as it is the one stop shop for all my clients, thier social media's and being able to post for them. It benifits me as I dont have to switch between 4-5 different platforms to post, it's all in one app. I can even use AI to write my posts as well, saving me extra time by not having to copywrite every post.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the visibility of analytics, interactions and the social calandar all in one place is easy and convenient. If I ever have any questions on the platform, their customer support team is always prompt and ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have multiple people that review our posts before they go live and it is a little tricky to get visibility into the review side of posts. Although there is something in place for reviewing posts, it just doenst work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is wasy for any member of our team to sign onto the platform and get the data that they are looking for, keeping us all on the same page. Whether that be on a post, interactions or drafting a new post.

What do you like best about the product?
The array of tools built into the platform makes this way more than just a social media scheduling tool. I recently learned about the listening tool and influencer platform and made me very excited to engage deeper with Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some challenges connecting and reconnecting all of our social platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of all of our posts on behalf of the University as well as allowing us to be strategic and plan ahead thoughtfully.

What do you like best about the product?
Currently, we find that being able to create different teams and onboard hundreds of users is Hootsuite's most useful feature for our organization. It aligns with our goal to post on behalf of our dealers' pages promoting our products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if we were able to add more accounts to posting teams without it slowing down during the scheduling process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to do all of the above in one single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to schedule multiple avenues at one time. I like being able to group multiple users, as well as, multiple platforms at one time. I.E. - schedule a Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram post at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one major comlaint is with drafted content for groups. I will select a predrafted post setup by our content specalist, but when I assign a client to schedule the post. The art is recropped and I have to go into the art settings and redo the boarders so the art is no longer clipped or cut off .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us better reporting and breakdowns. This allows us to show the value and ROI that customer campaigns are having based on the social platform, and overall.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful tools within Hootsuite for us is the robust analytics. Hootsuite pulls in data even for posts that we made natively on the platforms themselves, which is a great time saver when monthly anlytics time comes around. And running the reports is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more of an issue with the API integration than a criticism of Hootsuite: the lack of ability to easily tag an individual on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of scheduling social media posts, of duplicating them for other platforsm, and getting metrics after the fact. We don't have a lot of DMs, but we do use it to communicate with our followers.

What do you like best about the product?
As a large company with over 80+ social media channels and 25+ admins, Hootsuite has allowed us to centralize and manage numerous accounts in one platform, making it easier to coordinate across different brands and ensure consistency in messaging and branding. The platform offers collaboration features that allow team members to assign tasks, approve content, and track progress.


Hootsuite provides detailed analytics and reporting tools, which are essential for tracking the performance of our posts, campaigns, and overall social media strategy. My favourite

Overall, the dashboard and interface of the platform as improved over the last few years, making it organized, easy to navigate, and user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of different features, apps and integrations that can have a steeper learning curve and steeper pricing for add-ons!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a centralized platform that has allowed global collaboration between our marketing teams, streamlining workflow and centralizing content in one place to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels in Europe, Australia and North America.

With the sheer volume of content and posts our team puts out everyday - this is a great scheduling and tracking tool to manage the heavy volume of content.
