Great step towards automation of your backend processes
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite as it allows to centralize management of corporate social media channels and build stronger and faster engagement with customers. Call Center agents see all comments under our posts and can respond immediately. Moreover, we are very happy with Employyes advicacy program, where our staff are able to posts on their social media channels content created and approved by the Bank. It boosts our followership, and at the same time positioning our employyes as experts on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more AI integrations in content writting. When we create a post to be able to use AI to porpose content on the specific topic for us and media houses. Moreover, addition of AI to Employee advocacy program would be great, so we could personalize the experience even more and buold more trust in AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Centralization of all management of social media channels, properly tracking budget spent per channel
2. Ability of engage more with customers in a timely manner, building stronger engagement
3. Increased internal engagement as employees can advocate for the bank, become experts on the market and even propose their own content. It gives a sense of inclusion and sense of purpose.

Easy to Use SSM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many team members I am able to add/manage in Hootsuite. I looked at many SSM tools and did not find any others with the pricing Hootsuite offered for the number of users I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to tag other Instagram accounts via the scheduling tool as well as geotag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to consolidate my approval workflow. It used to live in email chains but with Hootsuite it now lives there. I am able to create boundries as needed. If I want posts won't go out until I review them.
Hootsuite is my one stop shop for day-to-day tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the scheduling and inbox features. It's great having everything I need in one place and eliminating the need to do things natively in every platform. I use both features several times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the data limitations from each of the platforms I primarily use - Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. There is always one metric that seems to be missing due to limitations set by the platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me solve my biggest issue in my role, lack of resources. It's almost like having another head count on the team due to the ease it provides from its features like the inbox and scheduling tools. The social listening tool also benefits our company as a whole, as it has everything in one spot that we can easily navigate in stressful moments of crisis.

What do you like best about the product?
A super easy to use platform. You can get easily set up and started in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not as robust as depending on your plan as some other tools, but the ease of use makes up for it.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite is an incredibly useful tool for daily social media management, there’s always room for improvement. The look and feel of the analytics section could be more modern and user-friendly, making it easier to navigate and extract insights. The Amplify feature, though valuable, would benefit from improved user management functionalities to simplify administration. Additionally, the AI implementation, while promising, still has room to grow in delivering more seamless and intuitive automation. Enhancing these aspects would take Hootsuite’s efficiency and user experience to the next level.

Hootsuite excels at unifying our team’s content calendar, making collaboration seamless and efficient. It provides a clear, organized overview of everything planned, ensuring everyone stays aligned and on track. The platform’s intuitive design makes it incredibly easy to use, streamlining workflows and saving time across the board.

The ease of use when posting and scheduling posts is very helpful.

Metrics are not as robust as in the LinkedIn platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite organizes analytics for each social media platform. I additionally, like how Hootsuite allows you to schedule social media posts ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping our team by putting everything we need in one place. It allows us to measure analytics and post from the same platform, making social media management much easier.
Great for scheduling and performance tracking
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is how seamlessly it pulls and presents data. I can easily compare our social media performance month-over-month or even on a year-to-date basis, which gives us quick insights into our progress. The competitor analysis feature is also a huge plus. Scheduling posts is straightforward and efficient, and with TikTok now included, it’s even easier to plan and organize our content across all platforms in one place. Our rep is always checking in on us/informing us on knew features, which has been great. I also enjoy the webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find challenging with Hootsuite is accessing the information I need through social listening. Currently, I'm unable to pull data from Meta or TikTok, though I’m meeting with my rep to hopefully resolve it soon. I also wish there were options to schedule Facebook Stories and longer videos directly through Hootsuite. Right now, I still have to use Meta to schedule these, which disrupts the all-in-one convenience I look for in a social media tool.

Hootsuite takes the stress out of scheduling content and helps make sure our strategy is continually driving better results.
Hootsuite is the Yin to my Yang
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite keeps me organized. I have far too many accounts that I use daily that i need help keeping organinzed. Hootsuites easy to link all my social media accounts and has a stream that I can track all that has posted. I can reach out to the team with any questions I have and they respond so fast even being in a different timezone. Hootsuite definitely has made my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is a downfall is the ability to post Facebook Stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has increased my productivity as it is the one stop shop for all my clients, thier social media's and being able to post for them. It benifits me as I dont have to switch between 4-5 different platforms to post, it's all in one app. I can even use AI to write my posts as well, saving me extra time by not having to copywrite every post.
Easy, straightforward social management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Having the visibility of analytics, interactions and the social calandar all in one place is easy and convenient. If I ever have any questions on the platform, their customer support team is always prompt and ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have multiple people that review our posts before they go live and it is a little tricky to get visibility into the review side of posts. Although there is something in place for reviewing posts, it just doenst work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is wasy for any member of our team to sign onto the platform and get the data that they are looking for, keeping us all on the same page. Whether that be on a post, interactions or drafting a new post.
