Great tool for Social Media Managers
What do you like best about the product?
Content planning. Being able to map out content for future posts is great and being able to schedule those posts directly in Hootsuite is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics options. Sometimes the analytics I am looking for a hard to find or not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps make social media managment of multiple accounts much more efficient and effective.
Hootsuite is the ideal tool for social media management, reporting, and analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, technical support, robust and efficient techincal support, ability to manage others' profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some missing reports and features from systems we've used in the past, but the Hootsuite always takes feedback and makes improvements based on said feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hootsuite both for our internal social media management as well as management for our portfolio of dealers. Hootsuite has allowed us to scale those efforts quickly and efficiently and gives us in-depth insights and analytics that help guide our social media content practices.
Hootsuite has been my go-to social media management platform for years, and for good reason!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes social media management a breeze. I love the unified inbox for all of our company accounts, and the ability to post and schedule across multiple platforms all at once. Their analytics tool is easy to set up, and exporting reports is very helpful. I use hootsuite on a daily basis to ensure that our company's message is getting out to our customers and followers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite had full API access to every social media platform, but no one has that because the social media companies won't give it to them. Tagging people and collaborators would be a great feature to implement in the future. I also wish there was an integration for Threads and BlueSky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps keep me be more efficient in my daily social media management. It saves me a lot of time. Plus, the analytics it provides drive my decision-making and strategy for our company social media accounts.
Great Tool Makes Social Media Management Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The streams that allow me to view comments and respond to all platforms at once. I also like that I can schedule posts for up to 1 year out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't support stories or reels from Hootsuite. I also don't like the new inbox, it is not as easy to use as the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time needed to manage social media has been cut in half. It's much easier to manage with this tool.

Great for planning content and developing detailed reports that are visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Planner does not function like a normal Calendar.

Efficiently planning and scheduling content alongside reporting.
Great scheduling software for the price
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling functionality obviously has been great, I also like the metric reports we are able to create and the level of detail on the reports. This has been very helpful with our teams and how we create reports and review KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sharelink functionality could certainly be better, I would love if you could have a downloadable PDF for content calendars rather than the Sharelink function. Also with the Sharelink function, it would be wonderful if you could choose more than one week at a time and choose different days of the week to view the content (ie. instead of only being able to select Sunday - Sunday, it would be helpful to be able to select Wednesday - Wednesday since most of our calendars do not run Sunday - Sunday).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an affordable scheduling software for our team that also provided detailed metric reports, however we did not want to pay as much as we were initially paying for our previous scheduling software. Hootsuite provided what we needed at a fair price so that our team could keep performing at the level we were used to.

Great tool for social media account management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and number of features that are included in the tool. The ease of implemention made it so easy for us to use right away when we got set up. I use the tool daily in my social media work and it really makes my life as a social media manger easier. Their customer support is great as well as they are very helpful. Hootsuite is a tool that has easily been integrated into my team and we are happy to have it as a way to manage all of our social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult sometimes as they have API issues, but overall it's a good tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Socal listening, social media account management, reporting
Easy to use and extremely helpful resources
What do you like best about the product?
I feel love its ease of use when scheduling content. We have also found it easy to implement the product into our social media programming. One great thing about the tool is all their resources that are available to customers - from the ideal times to schedule, to their AI writing resources for building posts, bios and hastags. It makes content development so much more efficient while also being optimized for the channels for better performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that Hootsuite could work on is being able to add tags to content posted in the Amplify content respository. Furthermore, it would be much appreciated if analytics reports had more insights for Linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier for our team to schedule posts that align with our global company (i.e. posting during business hours for different regions), optimizing content for increased engagement (hashtag suggestions, best time to post, etc)., offer ambassadors a content repository to repost on their social channels
Great platform to manage 1000s of accounts.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows our team to schedule and manage social media posts for over 1000 pages posting 2+ times per week. It is a huge time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took our team a while to have all of our accounts connected in Hootsuite, but since it has been up and running, it has been great. Would advise to plan for a good amount of time to set up an account.
