What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy about Hootsuite is being able to handle multiple platforms all in one place. The inbox and scheduling has been a great asset for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Hootsuite, it is very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complying all of our incoming messages and comments to be able to manage efficently. Also, scheduling out our content.

Hootsuite has helped me stay organized

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature about hootsuite is scheduling posts ahead of time. This has helped immensly on staying organized. I also love how easy it is to respond to comments. Since we have multiple accounts, it makes my life much easier to stay ahead of comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite could add locations to posts, and also have links when making instagram stories. That would make it easier to posts stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me stay organized. Sometimes it is hard to remember to posts things, so Hootsuite helps me focus on other things while since I am able to schedule posts ahead of time. It also helps me connect to our followers by responding to comments easily.

What do you like best about the product?
We have utilized Hootsuite Amplify for member and employee advocacy, and it has helped tremendously to have a digital content library that users can connect to to easily share out information about our business' products. Customer support and training has been superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users have complained that it is difficult to connect Meta profiles to Hootsuite Amplify because they have personal profiles, not business accounts. Video is also not able to be posted to Facebook via Hootsuite Amplify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have long sought a tool that would allow us to upload approved content so that members and employee can share out about our brand. As a regulated industry, internal approval of assets is often multi-layered. Providing those assets via Hootsuite Amplify has given users the confidence that the information is accurate before they share out.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the team is ready and able to help us when needed. They conduct regular check-ins and make the process easy for us, particularly when new products come online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Threads doesn't really work for our account. Also, some analytics features (i.e. Followers) don't include all accounts (including YouTube and Threads), which is a tad inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convenience and reporting. It's great to have everything in a single spot that you can treat as your primary source of data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule content across a multitude of platforms and handles. As well as providing in-depth reporting and analytics on performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The removal of basic social listening tools.
- Ability to view drafts with published posts.
- Ability change links in bio for Instagram native link menu.
- Ability to produce reports just for ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 30 social media profiles across Ministries and Department and Hootsuite makes it extremely easy to manage content and publish across multiple profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
Content planning. Being able to map out content for future posts is great and being able to schedule those posts directly in Hootsuite is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics options. Sometimes the analytics I am looking for a hard to find or not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps make social media managment of multiple accounts much more efficient and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, technical support, robust and efficient techincal support, ability to manage others' profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some missing reports and features from systems we've used in the past, but the Hootsuite always takes feedback and makes improvements based on said feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hootsuite both for our internal social media management as well as management for our portfolio of dealers. Hootsuite has allowed us to scale those efforts quickly and efficiently and gives us in-depth insights and analytics that help guide our social media content practices.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes social media management a breeze. I love the unified inbox for all of our company accounts, and the ability to post and schedule across multiple platforms all at once. Their analytics tool is easy to set up, and exporting reports is very helpful. I use hootsuite on a daily basis to ensure that our company's message is getting out to our customers and followers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite had full API access to every social media platform, but no one has that because the social media companies won't give it to them. Tagging people and collaborators would be a great feature to implement in the future. I also wish there was an integration for Threads and BlueSky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps keep me be more efficient in my daily social media management. It saves me a lot of time. Plus, the analytics it provides drive my decision-making and strategy for our company social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The streams that allow me to view comments and respond to all platforms at once. I also like that I can schedule posts for up to 1 year out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't support stories or reels from Hootsuite. I also don't like the new inbox, it is not as easy to use as the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time needed to manage social media has been cut in half. It's much easier to manage with this tool.

Planner does not function like a normal Calendar.
