Great Learning Tool, Needs More Free Features

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Hootsuite there's so much you can do with a paid plan, and I think they are very helpful. I also think the free plan gives just enough information if you are able to connect a business social media account. The initial setup was generally easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the student account is hard to use for students if you do not actually have permission for each individual student to be logged into a business's social media account. Since students didn't have that access, they essentially weren't able to use the tool. I also think the free access to social listening tools is advertised but does not work, so that was disappointing. I wish more was available for the free student accounts so they could learn how to use it. My students left feeling like Hootsuite wasn't useful because they weren't able to use it properly with all the limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helpful for showing students how to look at social media metrics. I like the paid plan's perks, and the free plan is useful if you connect a business account.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Hootsuite is being able to schedule multiple posts across multiple accounts and platforms. As someone who manages multiple clients across multiple industries it helps me balance them all and plan ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is one of the more expensive social media scheduling platforms. While it does have a plethora of features that are helpful that other social media scheduling companies do not – as a entrepreneur and team of one it is an extremely expensive business investment for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help me balance multiple clients who are all in different industries. They help me look at each clients industries analytics in a easily digestable way.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom, bespoke reporting dashboards means I can view leads and customers in different formats. The ability to connect my advertising platforms also allows me to use my first-party data more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m unable to split a contact record when the same person is a member of two segments. If that record gets updated, both segments get updated as well, which can make the data unreliable at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track and manage customer journeys, identify how and where leads are generated, and import data back in so I can see when those leads become customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me and my business stay on top of dates that are super important to keep our business running. I like the people that I deal with in everyday business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little too high for my taste It is a good company but they need to be more affordable for people to be able to use them.
I do wish they would have a lower price point for their services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the everyday headache of handling our social media accounts. They are really helpful in what they do for our business as a whole. We are very grateful.

What do you like best about the product?
The "Streams" feature is useful for real-time monitoring of keywords, hashtags, and competitors. I haven’t used it since the OwlyWriter AI has been introduced, but I’ve heard it’s great for supporting with generating captions, hashtags, and even repurposing high-performing posts. One of the things I love about Hootsuite is that the reporting is deep and gives very helpful insights for building strategy. Having apps like like Canva, Adobe Express, and Salesforce built in means it fits into almost any professional marketing stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are new to the platform, it can feel quite cluttered with a complicated UX, this can put people off at the early stages or if you want to start off by just scheduling a few posts. The high Price Tag makes it inaccessible for freelancers and small brands as many of the best collaboration tools and advanced analytics are locked behind the Team or Business plans. It’s also very frustrating how the auto-renewals work and the cancellation process can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The deep reporting features help to strategise and see how well certain posts have performed. As an agency it is particularly useful in providing clients with quick insights and highlighting the ROI for different accounts. Managing everything in one place, including the reporting, saves valuable time in a fast paced environment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite for its Owly GPT, which is quite useful. The customer support is also great, and I appreciate the ability to customize different performance reports. Additionally, I had a fantastic experience with my Hootsuite representative, Catrina, who was extremely helpful. She set up multiple training sessions and assisted with troubleshooting any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something that could be improved is that when I schedule a post on X, it doesn't inform me if I have too many characters in the copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite automates posting content, pulling analytics, writing captions, and generating post ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Hootsuite is and how it holds many useful features. It's very easy to upload content and schedule it for multiple platforms at once. It's also easy to rearrange when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Hootsuite only gives you 4 random images to choose from as a cover image for videos, rather than letting you swipe through all frames like on platforms such as Instagram.

I use Hootsuite to schedule and manage content across multiple social media platforms easily, including setting post times and tags. Its user-friendly interface allows me to upload and rearrange content effortlessly, making social media management much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling, and it helps me really solve scheduling issues. It clears up any confusion I have when planning my day. I like the user experience, and the interface is very easy to use. Setting it up was very easy as well.

Maybe you could make it clearer and bring more things together. It's hard to connect them all together, like bringing other things, analytics and stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is that it lets me manage all my social media accounts in one place. I can schedule posts in advance, monitor comments and messages, and track performance without switching between platforms. It saves me a lot of time, keeps my work organized, and helps me stay consistent with posting and engagement. It also makes it easier to collaborate with a team and keep everything running smoothly.
