Streamlined our social media, ending endless tabs and saving hours.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that Hootsuite has enabled me to pre-plan the post across numerous platforms simultaneously. It saves much time as compared to the time when one needed to log in to each network separately. The collaboration teamwork capabilities are also fantastic and the team can easily review and approve the contents before they are live.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, I find the analytics dashboard somewhat overwhelming to use when I want to find certain data points. The price is also relatively expensive to smaller groups, although the features are worth it. Post scheduling glitches have also occurred occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a rather disjointed and ineffective approach to managing the social media presence of our company. Today we have a central point and headquarter to plan, implement and track all our social activity. This has seen us have a more unified brand messaging and better audience interaction through all our channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface and how easy it is to crosspost across platforms. We use this for multiple social accounts that post a variety of content and so being able to use one platform to do all of that makes my life easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no complaints! I have loved my experience using Hootsuite!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite provides a platform for us to post across all of our social media outlets which helps us save time and see at a glance what we have planned upcoming for our social media calendar.
                        
                            Keeps my social organized without killing the creative flow
What do you like best about the product?
I handle social media for Streamline Beauty India, and between salon campaigns, influencer collaborations, and product launches, things can get wild. Hootsuite gives me a sense of control without making the process feel mechanical. Analytics dashboard feels like a reflection of my brain: clean, visual, easy to read. I can instantly see which posts are resonating with salon professionals or where engagement dips, and that helps me refine our tone and visuals. I also really like how easy it is to collaborate with my small but mighty team. We handle everything from drafts to approvals inside Hootsuite, and it keeps communication fluid and less scattered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced tools, like deeper sentiment analysis or social listening, sit behind higher plans. I wish there were more mid-tier flexibility because small teams like ours could really use those insights without jumping to enterprise pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Streamline Beauty India, social media isn’t just about promotion. It’s how we build genuine connections with the beauty community. From stylists discovering new products to salon owners learning about treatments, it’s where most of our conversations start. Hootsuite helps me keep that ecosystem running smoothly. It’s allowed us to stay consistent, even when campaigns overlap or launches get hectic.

What do you like best about the product?
Its really easy to post jobs on social media using Hootsuite. I work as a recruiter and for me saving time is my first priority and it increases my access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the main features are available in premium subscription.

When I used Hootsuite, it helped me to get analytics which helped me to increase my engagement over multiple platforms.

I like Hootsuite because it lets me manage all social media accounts in one place, schedule posts easily, and track performance with clear insights that save time and improve results.

I dislike that Hootsuite can be a bit expensive, sometimes slow to load, and its analytics feel limited compared to newer social media tools with deeper audience insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Hootsuite for years now, mostly handling Kerala Tourism’s social channels at Stark, and it’s become one of those tools that quietly holds everything together in the background. The part I rely on most is the calendar. It gives me this calm sense of control, seeing a week’s worth of posts lined up, ready to go. I can drag things around, shift timing, fix a caption that feels off. It’s oddly satisfying.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics part still feels a bit clunky to me. It’s not bad, just… dense. Sometimes I’m just looking for one simple metric, say, which post had the most reach. And I have to click through layers of menus to find it. Also, when multiple people on the team are scheduling at the same time, things lag a little. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s like hitting a tiny speed bump when you’re mid-flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it’s the difference between reacting and actually planning. Before we started using it seriously, our social media routine felt scattered, like we were constantly catching up with deadlines. Now there’s more breathing room. I can plan content for an entire campaign, see it laid out, and trust that it’ll go live on time even if I’m stuck in a meeting or on a shoot.
It’s also made collaboration less messy. Everyone on the team can see what’s happening, leave feedback, and keep things moving. That’s a big deal when you’re handling multiple tourism campaigns that all want to go live “right now.”
So, yeah, Hootsuite isn’t perfect. But it’s dependable. It makes my job less frantic and a bit more thoughtful, which I’ll always take over fancy new features any day.

A Hoot-Hoot For Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
This tool allowed us to manage all of our social profiles from all of our social channels in one dashboard. Aided in listening/monitoring for keywords, hashtags etc, allowing us to easily track our share of voice. Also helped us maximize our time - with scheduling of posts - and provide analytics for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any tool used to manage these social media profiles, not all of the functionality is available as Meta, X, YT etc wants you to utilize their tools and play in their sand box. Also - speaking of YT - I don't think there is a tool in place that can fully monitor YT. We get notifications of being mentioned in title or caption, but not if our video is mentioned in a video or on a thumbnail. Not sure what the answer is there. Also - comments on YT videos and a regular cadence of management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many social media channels to manage - having one place to log in and get notified of any updates/questions/comments etc is key

I like that everything is in one dashboard so I don’t have to jump between platforms. Drafting and scheduling posts feels smooth and the calendar layout makes it easy to see what’s pending. The approval workflow also helps when working with teammates because nobody accidentally posts the wrong thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mobile app feels slower than the desktop version and loading past reports takes longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay consistent with posting across brands without manually logging in everywhere. I don’t miss uploads anymore and my responses to messages are much quicker since I can see them together. Planning content weeks ahead gives me breathing room for other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
At Offshore Marketers, we manage social campaigns for a bunch of clients every day, and Hootsuite honestly keeps us productive. I love that we can plan, schedule, and monitor everything from one dashboard. The AI caption generator saves us a lot of time brainstorming content ideas, and the analytics help us see which posts are actually driving engagement and conversions. It just makes our workflow smoother and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app is good for quick tasks, but it's hard to manage multiple accounts or check detailed analytics on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite plays a big role in how we manage social media at Offshore Marketers. It keeps our 14+ social media team members in sync, helps us schedule posts ahead of time, and lets us track engagement across platforms easily.
