What do you like best about the product?
I like it's easy-to-use post composer and ability to schedule a large amount of content across multiple accounts and platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is a bit clunky and I can't often find solutions naturally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule a large amount of content across multiple accounts and platforms. The ability to see results/analytics all in one place. It also gives other teammembers working access to our accounts without providing native app access.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Hootsuite constantly innovates the platform to offer the best solutions and keeps up with the latest trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little expensive but worth it when used to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to use the publishing calendar, get texts approved, all without having to send emails to our team and use tons of database files as everything is done in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes scheduling effortless and data retrieval straightforward. I've been using Hootsuite Enterprise for the past three years, after starting with the basic plan. I particularly enjoy using Amplify—it’s been a great tool for connecting our employees with their audience and driving engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don’t have any major dislikes with Hootsuite. However, I do wish the analytics were a bit more detailed, especially when it comes to tracking ROI and website clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the problem of streamlining social media management by making scheduling and content publishing easy to organize and execute across multiple platforms. It's also simplifying data retrieval, allowing me to track performance and engagement effectively. While the analytics could be more robust, particularly in areas like ROI and website clicks, the overall user-friendly interface and powerful scheduling tools have saved me a lot of time. This has allowed me to focus more on strategy and engagement, rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks. Additionally, using Amplify has been a great way to connect our employees with their audience, enhancing internal advocacy and boosting brand visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
the analytics and scheduling are really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the team would have prooperly oonboarded me so that I could understand the full prooduct.

time management for sure, also aliviating the fact that I doont have an assistant.

VERY EASY TO USE!

What do you like best about the product?
I throughly enjoy this platform. The ease of posting subjects to many of stores and setting it to post at a later date. I enjoy using the emoji's too. Seems you can' t have a converstation without them anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I do not like is when you insert an emoji, you have to click out of the emoji's to continue typing. It would be nice if this entry worked like on a phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my time management for postings. It is a huge benefit that I can use it at my leasure and post at a later date.

Easy to use, valuable software

What do you like best about the product?
At my company we utilize the Hootsuite Amplify software as well as the social managment software. The Amplify product does a fantastic job of allowing our team to craft the perfect social posts and make it easy for the rest of the team to share our news with the click of a button. As a social media manager, Hootsuite and Amplify make my life easy and help me do the work of 3 people with the scheduling, link shortening, and social calendar functions. Whenever I do have an issue, the customer support is always able to help me resolve me issue quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when tagging companies or people on Linkedin within an Amplify post doesnt work, but I'm sure they will work out the kinks soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping me organize our social calendar and craft social posts within best practices. The biggest problem is solved by Amplify. Before Amplify no one in our company outside of the digital marketing and PR teams shared anything on social media. Now, I have a group of power users who can share all of our company's news and updates on social without fear.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows you to very quickly post, and manage all your accounts. I manage 19 at once at it makes it seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes videos that are 16:9 or 9:16 refuse to post becuase it says incorrect aspect ratio for facebook, even though they post there no problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of checking 19 pages for comments and privite messages, as well as mking it so I don't have to switch between accounts or post things multiple times, as it does it all at once.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Hootsuite are the publishing and analytics tools. I think in the last year or so the analytics have really improved, which has made it helpful when reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something minor for me is the Insights tool not picking up certain comments or mentions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Hootsuite is solving for is the day-to-day of social media. The Bank uses multiple tools daily. Hootsuite does a great job in simplifying.

What do you like best about the product?
Even just scratching the surface of Hootsuite, it centralizes so many aspects of the various social media channels. Being able to see all posts, messages, and analytics in streamlined ways is such a time-saver for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team and account management settings can be a bit buried and not exactly intuitive to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a holding company, we provide corporate support to our operating companies. Hootsuite allows us to bring our operating companies onboard, provide them assets, provide coaching and best practices, and help them execute their social media content strategies.
