Quality Social Media Management Tool with Support to Match
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been an invaluable tool for our social media management. The platform's ease of use makes it simple for our team to manage multiple accounts across various channels seamlessly. As a franchisor, we appreciate the oversight and control Hootsuite provides, allowing us to maintain brand consistency across locations. The detailed analytics give us meaningful insights into performance and engagement, helping us make data-driven decisions. Additionally, their hands-on support team is always responsive and eager to help, and the supplemental training resources have helped our team continue to grow and sharpen their skills. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite’s analytics provide useful data, the reporting feature can sometimes feel a bit rigid and challenging to customize to our specific needs or missing data. We occasionally find it difficult to adjust reports to highlight the unique metrics that matter most to our franchise model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite’s support team has been incredibly hands-on in helping us work through some major connectivity issues with Meta and Facebook. The platform’s direct integration and support resources have been crucial in troubleshooting these challenges, allowing us to maintain consistent posting and engagement despite ongoing issues with Meta. Their team has been proactive and responsive, guiding us through complex technical fixes and providing solutions to keep our accounts running smoothly. This level of support has truly set Hootsuite apart as a reliable partner in managing our social media presence.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able bulk post across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the reporting and analytics could be a little better. When downloding reports, they are not visually appealing and not very functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me save time by allowing me to post through platform instead of native through each channel.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule posts and move them around on the content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally but rarely my posts fail. I can't schedule to more than one Twitter account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling organic social content and reviewing analytics.
Best social media management platform I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a fantastic tool for managing social media! Its intuitive interface makes it easy to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and keep track of multiple accounts in one place. The analytics feature is also very helpful, offering insights that make it easier to optimise content. The ability to collaborate as a team is also a huge plus. Highly recommend!

The reporting capabilities, though helpful, could offer more customisation options to differentiate between paid and organic media.

Onboarding of new teams and streamlining workflow.
Great all-in-one social media management product
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy to use, all-in-one social media management product.
What do you dislike about the product?
No big downsides. There are a few functionalities in scheduling that could improve the experience, such scheduling same post for multiple times/days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is providing us with a complete content calendar soultion across multiple platforms, bringing all our out-going messages under a signle view that helps coordinate our campaigns. It's hugely helpful for monitoring and alignment.
Makes scheduling a dream
What do you like best about the product?
The option to schedule on multiple channels at the same time and then go through and tweak each caption to the relevant network. The customer service support is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to choose the front cover for reels therefore dont schedule them via hootsuite. When posting to multiple channels via the planner it would be great if Amplify could be done at the same time rather than going to a different are to replicate the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to schedule natively on the app so the process now using hootsuite is much more smoother, quicker and streamlined. Looking forward to using the analytics better and the listening tool for future content.
Hootsuite offers all of the features we need, great customer support, and makes useful updates
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers everything we need in a social media management tool, it's intuitive to use, has good integrations, and they update it a lot when things change with social media platforms or new integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Inbox 2.0 message automated routing could be a little more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Hootsuite, we'd have to manage all our social media accounts disparately, logging into several places, doing the same things over and over again. Hootsuite allows us to do everything we need to do in one place, which saves a ton of time, and it can combine analytics into one place, giving us better insight into how our social media is performing. They have great support as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an almost all in tool thanks to what i win some time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics module could clearly be improved in termes of flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I win a lot of time publishing on multiple platforms at the same time.
Reporting is easy, and definitely worth a switch
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting across platforms, for sure! I love how I can easily select which platforms I want to compare and then use those insights to create a new campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI insights could be better, but I think that'll just come with the development of AI in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our LinkedIn data to make more sense--that's our main platform and the previous SM manager we were using just didn't specialize in relevant LinkedIn data.

Hootsuite is the best tool to planify and post on social media. Its very intuitive so that is the best, because everyone can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most about Hootsuite its that doesnt have too much metrics for the details
