Excellent Reporting Features

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been an excellent tool for analyzing our LinkedIn metrics. The historical data is invaluable and can be easily exported to Excel for further analysis. Additionally, it allows us to review previous postings effortlessly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
If Hootsuite reporting can distiguished between a company post and a paid campaign using the same post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing full-depth reporting of our metrics and making it easy to pull that data into a spreadhseet.

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility. It offers everything that I could need in a social media management platform while not being too expensive. If I had to pick one feature that was my favorite though, it would have to be the analytics! By far the most comprehensive analytics I've seen and I love that you can add customized notes for team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was looking for a new social media management platform, I trialed Sprinklr as well as Hootsuite. What I liked about Sprinklr is you could schedule a post on multiple platforms and schedule each platform at a different time. You could even add locations to Instagram and Facebook posts. I would love to see that in Hootsuite without having to duplicate posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me provide in depth analytics to my manager is who looking to see how many people we've reached over a certain period of time. It also helps me schedule content in advance; I was able to schedule all of my holiday content at the beginning of November and it felt GREAT!

What do you like best about the product?
We love using Hootsuite for it's performance insights, artificial intelligence, helpful videos and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of are glitches when posting to social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps track analytics, which helps with our reporting to executives.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity that they offer. The platform is easy to use and navigate! I also enjoy the capablity of using Canva and AI to help us create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had bulk edits when scheduleding the same post to multiple pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to schedule and analize data all in one platform!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to have multiple different users acorss various teams and accounts. It makes it simple to manage multiple clients' needs while retaining in-house capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features are lacking, like being able to post Twitter threads or Instagram stories, making it so you have use multiple scheduling platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to collaborate with client for approval and scheduling. By having our clients in Hootsuite, they can approve within the platform while we still have the ability to schedule ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of deploying campaigns across multiple individual and/or business social profiles. It's very simple to customize posts for different channels and select what accounts to share messaging on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more gamification options via Hootsuite Amplify to give our sales teams insight into how they benchmark against their peers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organization with lots of social properties, it's critical for us to be able to deploy messaging to specific accounts in a streamlined and efficient banner. Hootsuite allows us to do just that! Additionally, through Amplify, we are able to create a content library for our sales teams to also share consistent messaging on their profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Hootsuite is to use. it's super user-friendly, and as a busy social media manager, that's key for my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing bad to say - out of all the social media planning softwares I've used, I like Hootsuite the best!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hootsuite just... Makes sense. There are alternatives that are way too complicated and contain "advanced" features that give you 2% more performance for 50% extra effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The media library and previews can be clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage social media for four separate brands and needed a simple tool that can be trained quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great resource for those looking to streamline the posting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the end of the day, hootsuite was not cost effective for us as we do majority of our posting an alaytics through meta directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to mass post for all of our communities.
