Hootsuite is a magnificent tool for managing any brand.

What do you like best about the product?
With the various brand management tools that Hootsuite offers, particularly the scheduling of both static and video posts, it is easier to market our various programs, calls for submissions, and new publications. As a tiny nonprofit organization with a limited budget and a small staff of 3 people, the affordability of Hootsuite also helps us use every one of our resources to the best of our ability. We can have multiple users manage our social media accounts from their smartphones, computers, or tablets thanks to the Hootsuite app, from nearly any location! It's been a great investment for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
While not a fault of Hootsuite, the integration with certain social media platforms can be spotty at times. This is usually due to changes either Meta or Twitter/X make. The ability to reply to DMs or comments isn't always reliable, and the ability to interact with other accounts is nonexistent for most social media platforms, but Hootsuite is always improving their own platform and often updating their integration with Meta and Twitter/X to remedy the service interruptions that those platforms periodically cause with their own updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite unifies our various social media accounts under a single interface that saves us time by allowing us to schedule content in advance across multiple social media channels. This save us a lot of time and energy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to post to multiple platforms and schedule all at the same time. I also like being able to read all messages from all our social accounts in once place. It has saved me a lot of time. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't really post Reels to IG/FB correctly through Hootsuite. I have to use the social apps. There is also currently no integration with BlueSky which we will need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved spending too much time posting on the individual social apps. I also enjoy the AI features for hashtag recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for a few years. I like that it is reliable and userfriendly and that customer support is easily accessible and responds quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. I dislike that the free accounts are available anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts ahead of time is a necessity and being able to easily track analyitcs is awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can customize the posts for each social media platform and how easy the scheduling is. Hootsuite also suggests the best times to post, which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be improved is the ability to tag people/companies within the draft posts before they are posted. Sometimes, it works; sometimes, it has to be done within the platform itself (i.e., LinkedIn).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see what is being scheduled/posted on the calendar, which helps with my planning. It also allows me to see where the holes are so I can add content on those days.

An Invaluable Tool For Anyone

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has become a must-have for me in my past few jobs. Being able to post to all of our social media accounts at once in an easy to use interface helps get our message out. Scheduling posts is a great feature too. Even the free version is incredibly beneficial for some users. The analytics tools provide valuable insights to what works and what doesn't work for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features are a work in progress but they aren't quite where they should be. I often use them as a jumping off point to create content. Some of the listening tools are not as useful as they could be but that could be because they're new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue that we have had as an organization is reaching an audience. Being able to share more content to a wider audience is a great tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling is great. You can work in advance and then know your content will be delivered as planned.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high compared to other similar products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to plan and schedule content and then forget about it, knowing that the software is reliable and I can go back and edit anything I need to prior to publication.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows you to take control of all your social media platforms in one place, allowing you to design and create stunning posts in mere minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a small amount of training to get the best out of the software but once mastered the rewards are worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to manage multiple accounts without the needs to switch in and out thus saving time.

Easy to Use, all in one software

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can go ahead and schedule posts and have it be automated. We can upload templates straight from our canva account and have it posted on any social media platform of our choice at any time/date without having to be present.
What do you dislike about the product?
One down side of it, is when sharing stories on Instagram, it can only share one story at a time and can only be added at 5 minute increments if we want to post it, we have to go through it one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gives me the ability to control when posts are posted and to which platform without having to be in front of the computer when we have projects to launch. For example, if something were to go live on the weekend or at 7am, I do not have be there, Hootsuite automatically posts my materials. I can also plan posts weeks or months ahead of the time, which is great. Since it is on the calendar, I do not need to worry about missing the optimal time for interations between posts and audiences.
