Fantastic tool for managing multiple social media accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great tool for managing a number of social media accounts at one time, with the ability to schedule posts to different platforms and schedule them for the best times.
The level of analysis provided is great, and offers insight into how effective social media strategies and content are proving to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any major downsides of the platform, it's a really effective tool for what I use it for as a marketing manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to schedule posts and manage posting frequency, as well as being able to share drafts around the team.
It also provides useful insights as to what is popular and effective with our audience, to allow us to plan and create more of the same content.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is super easy to use, allows the team to schedule posts in advance which saves time or means you don't need to be online early in the morning or over weekends. It also is great for posting on multiple accounts whether that's on the same social network or different.
The analytics tool are also fantastic. They allow me to analyse and compare our accounts against each other to see where improvements can be made.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to create reels for Instagram
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me so much time on reporting. I used to have to report on social accounts seperately by exporting from different sources then comparing and analysing. I can do this all in Hootsuite now. It also allows me to easily schedule and post across multiple accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has helped organize our social media team and has ensured that we can promptly address any inquiries we receive across all social platforms. It's been beneficial to schedule social media posts from a single platform instead of using multiple tools. We use Hootsuite daily, and being able to centralize our reporting has greatly improved how we view our analytics and made it easier to measure the performance of our channels. Setting up all of our channels to Hootsuite was a very simple process and we've had excellent customer support from our account managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to highlight an issue regarding the inability to select a cover photo when creating a post. Currently, only five options are available for videos, and often the images provided are blurry, making it difficult to showcase what we want on our profile grids. It would be beneficial to have the option to choose a custom cover photo for TikTok during the post-creation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has helped us centralize our analytics across all our companies and streamline our interactions with consumers engaging with our content. We can now establish an efficient social media listening team that promptly addresses inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely responses to maintain engagement across all our channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Many things: Social Listening, Hootbio, joint inbox for the 2 brands, having all the platforms in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only headache are the features that TikTok hasn't release to Hootsuite yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling content and monitoring the posting activity of multiple pages has proven useful to help us flag potential problems before they arise. We have been able to save lots of time creating content through the AI feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have more access to the social listening data at the basic level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily create several posts using the same content using the AI tool. This has helped us increase our post frequency without a heavy lift.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite saves me hours of time. From the user-friendly, customizable analytics and convenient inbox to add ons like Amplify for advocacy, I am in Hootsuite all day everyday as a senior social media strategist. I have used other content management platforms in the past and prefer Hootsuite. They are always coming out with new features and whenever we have feedback or questions they respond quickly and always make me feel heard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the leaderboard within Amplify was more customizable like your competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, our monthly reporting would take about a week to put together manually. With Hootsuite analytics it only took us an hour or two. It saves us sooo much time.

Great Tool for a Large Company with Multiple Locations

What do you like best about the product?
We tried several other social media platforms before Hootsuite. The Hootsuite product, especially AI is far superior and easy to use compared to the other well-known platforms we tried. The training is endless, always keeping us up to date with the latest and greatest social media trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything I dislike about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the approval process we needed for our many locations. Through Hootsuite, we are now able to ensure every social post meets our brand standards before going live on our communty Facebook pages. The platform also allows us to assign "Super-Users" for team members who want to post immediately and also have proven to consistently meet brand standards. The AI tool has also promoted more creative content and reduced typos and grammatical errors. We also appreciate the intelligence of the tool that displays the best times to post, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a reliable tool for our social media management for the past 7 years. Its user-friendly interface and extensive support resources make it easy to navigate, even for beginners. The platform’s robust analytics allows us to delve deep into our social media performance, providing valuable insights to inform our strategy. Readily available customer support through chat, contract manager, and discussion forums.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite offers excellent value for money, there are a few areas where it could improve. Occasional technical glitches can be frustrating, especially when it comes to features like LinkedIn tagging and Instagram Story scheduling. Additionally, the ability to edit scheduled posts across all platforms would be a significant time-saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite streamlines social media management by consolidating multiple platforms into one dashboard. This simplifies post scheduling, analytics, and team collaboration. What do you like best about the product?
Customizing post for invidividual platforms like being able to edit photos without having to open photoshop, tailoring copy to the different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can be behind on what the platforms are doing. Instagram allows 20 pics per carousel but, hootsuite only allows 10 right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many socia media accounts throughout our organization. Hootsuite allows us to manage all of them in one area. It's a mess when I do have to open the individual platforms to do things.
