Can share cross-channel updates easily which saves lots of time and resource

The ability to schedule content into the future. Assess content success and engagement. View competitor content for comparison to support better content creation, improvement and optimisation.

Would like this platfrom to have the ability to create content at a higher level and scheudle advertising with more features.

There are not really any downsides to using Hootsuite, everything is very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to manage our social media accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be a bit overwhelming for new users. The analytics are not as robust as those for each of the social media platforms individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems it addresses include inefficient social media workflows, lack of coordination across platforms, and difficulty in measuring campaign performance. Its scheduling tool saves time by enabling bulk uploads and scheduling content in advance. The monitoring feature helps us track mentions and engage with our audience in real-time, ensuring timely responses. Its analytics tools provide insights into the effectiveness of our campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating custom dashboards is very easy, and there are ample metrics from which to choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
With our Instagram analytics specifically, the data that Hootsuite shows does not match up with what shows in the Instagram app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to post across all three of our brands on all three of our platforms very easily

What do you like best about the product?
Its interface -- though it might seem daunting at first, I've found Hootsuite to be logically structured and intuitive to work with. If anything doesn't work, customer service is there to help in a swift manner. I also love the incredible resources made available to users, which add real value to the product. We use Hootsuite virtually every day and it's become an essential part of how we work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd appreciate some more flexibility in the amount of social media channels users can save and schedule posts to at different subscription levels, especially given how many channels there are now with the addition of Threads and Tik Tok, etc, in recent years. My organisation could do with another one or two, but there is no point in upgrading to the next subscription model, which would come at a substantially higher cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite brings each social platform under one roof, helping my organisation navigate the complexities of when and how to post (with best-time-to-post indicators). It makes it possible to keep track of and consistently measure our social footprint. The built-in inbox also allows us to stay on top of incoming messages, comment, etc, so as to drive engagement with our following.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite best features are the ability to quickly post a large number of posts in a short period of time. I can schedule a range of social media platform posts in advance. Hootsuite has many built in tools to make the work easy and quick so I can get on with other digital marketing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my posts don't get published due to technical errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a one platform for all social media posts and helps to consolidate all digital assets in one platform and send in an efficient mannner.
