What do you like best about the product?
For me the best part is analytics. You can tailor your metrics whatever you need. It’s perfect to prepare your reports on social media and to compare your performance with that of your industry. Of course it is also great to schedule posts, and even better if you manage many accounts. And they are getting better every day, introducing new features.
It is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you need to add users or accounts, the price is too high. Today it is worth every euro, tomorrow I don’t know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Personalize metrics with many options.
- Schedule posts for different social media in one platform
- They solve any technical problem very quickly

What do you like best about the product?
As a social media coordinator, there are mutiple platforms used and using Hootsuite enables a more efficient and effective way to post and also get reporting to analyze metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you may have to re-link accounts and have issues then scheduling posts but this doesn't happen often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A better way to post on multiple platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to post to multiple social media platforms from one dashboard rather than having to jump from platform to platform. Built in analytics and recommended posting times help you know what is working and not working in your strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The professional plan price is a bit high with limited social media channels allowed unless you upgrade your plan to Team (at more than double the price) or Enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a time saver for managing multiple social media accounts from one platform. It's easy to see all of our posts in one easy to use dashboard/calendar across multiple channels.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hootsuite for content management for clients. I use the platform for 6 clients at the moment and schedule 3 posts per week per client. Using this platform for this purpose is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the price is the biggest deterrant for me. As well, sometimes if multiple posts are scheduled at the same time they will not all post successfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pandemic Panic....

What do you like best about the product?
I first started using Hootsuite during the pandemic after having to let our marketing coordinator go. I was amazed at how easy and efficient it was to use. As I dove into it more, I found it easy to post more often, the engagement with our posts went up, and our followers doubled across all channels. Beyond that, I am enjoying the new AI integration, along with the integration with Grammarly, making our post so much more effective and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a downside to address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It intially was a solution to simply assist with the administrative and tactical function of getting things posted to our social channel. Now it is grown to become an integral part of our messaging strategy. I particalulay like the ability to mange so much from my phone.

Amazing for keeping a social media calendar

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite is a comprehensive platform where I can post and schedule all my content in advance. I still have friends that manually post photos and videos to their pages so I feel like I am living a life of luxury doing this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Hootsuite won't downscale images I want to upload so I need to use an online image compressor to actually upload my content to be posted via Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me schedile content in ahead of time. It also gives me recommended times to post so that my post can get the most traction possible. It makes my life so much easier and it helps me manage multiple accounts for multiple companies. It allows me to optimize posts for different platforms too in allowing me to edit posts to fit the platform I am adding them to.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is so easy and intuitive to use! My main use is the planner. The layout helps me easily see what posts I have planned and what I need to plan. The ease of use saves me so much time and I'm able to compose posts quickly. I also love that I can replicate posts, which is something I do often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything negative about my Hootsuite experience! One thing I would like to see is the ability to tag accounts to images in X.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me time back for other tasks. Hootsuite helps expedite my social media postings and allows me to keep track of my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for upwards of 8 years, and I love how easy and effective the platform is. It allows me to schedule posts, pull reports, and view analytics, all of which I greatly value since I am running an entire marketing department alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a total fan of the "Stream", it can be busy and complicated to navigate sometimes. But it serves its purpose when I'm planning social posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of posting across multiple channels and the ease of pulling reports for my team or my board of directors.
