What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the website is to use, while also providing me with detailed features and benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how somtimes my posts fail. I rely on it for when I am on vacations, so to come back and see that some posts never event went out can be disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootesuite is solving my problem of taking too much time to post on my individual platforms. This benefits me by consolidating all the platforms I need to post to into one.

Hootsuite saves countless hours

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule out all social posts for the many accounts and platforms we have. It allows us to create a post once, and schedule it accordingly. You can spend a couple or few hours scheduling out content and free up countless hours later in doing them daily on each platform individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Videos seem to not always post well from Hootsuite when uploading them to create a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Hootsuite solves is TIME! By allowing a way to connect accounts and post content (and tweak it a bit to fit that audience), saves so much time to individually go to each social media account to create and post content.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling aspect. You're able to schedule out post 30 min prior or weeks in advance. I prefer scheduling LinkedIn posts in Hootsuite over LinkedIn because you can schedule sooner than an hour out, which is convenient for last minute posts. Also, Hootsuite makes it very easy to edit posts after schedulig.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite disconnects social media platform accounts often making it inconvenient for users, since you have to keep logging back in to the same accounts. It makes it harder for the team when only some have the accounts login information not on hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is making my workload more efficent and lighter by solving the problem of posting on each social media platform for our company at the same time.

Excellent tools for social media management

What do you like best about the product?
One post goes directly to so many socials with the click of a button! I also love how all comments are seen in one spot so I dont have to check each social to manage them all. We make one post every day so it's very nice save steps!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have anything I dont like about Hootsuite. It's been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! Sometimes, it also helps with content when I use the AI feature or when it gives me holidays on the calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the analytic platform, which we use to monitor all of our social platforms on a weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the social media schedule can be a little slow when moving posts around the calendar.

Time saving, having all of our social platforms in one place makes life so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule my entire week of socials at once. It saves me a ton of time and it allows me to publish the same post to multiple socials, yet tweek each individual post as needed depending on the channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't let me tag people on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to post to multiple channels at once.

I can schedule things ahead of time and not have to worry about them in the future!

What do you like best about the product?
Our team has been using Hootsuite for years, and has had an excellent experience with the services provided. The best part is being able to schedule in advance, specify desired times, and the flexibility that provides our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, there are glitches, but typically there is always a notice from Hootsuite that they are working to resolve an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Using the calendar and suggested upload times for scheduling daily posts. The platform is also very straightforward and easy to use. Having trained a few different people on it's capabilities, it seems to be easy to pick up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the additional content pieces (like linked apps) kind of bog the site down, and I find the reporting process a little confusing some times - figuring out what Hootsuite can and cannot track, mixed social reports being inconsistent, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts in advance across all accounts at once is a lifesaver. The overall analytics are also very helpful and Hootsuite is constantly improving how they deliver statistics.
