Easy site to work with
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful to maintain things that are more time consuming

It disconnects my accounts pretty regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on social media was time consuming and difficult to remember to do. This takes away the manual tasks of uploading each post and posting it at a specific time.
Hootsuite- a great comprehensive tool for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a very helpful tool for social media management. The ability to preschedule posts for multiple platforms, as well as monitor your social feeds and engage with users is a huge asset to a business or someone running multiple social accounts. The user interface is very easy to understand, and the recent additions incorporating AI have been fun to explore!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Hootsuite. Some things that would be beneficial could be the implementation of Google Posts as a platform instead of it's own separate feed, or the ability to link TikTok sounds when prescheduling posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to consolidate all of our social media management. We are able to schedule content, monitor messages and comments, and explore our page analytics. Having this information in one location and in such a user friendly platform makes it very convenient.

I've been using Hootsuite for about five years as a solo practitioner. Managing my social media alongside my professional work is time-consuming, but Hootsuite helps minimize the time and effort needed for content creation and posting. Thanks to this tool, I can focus more on what I do best—my professional practice—while still maintaining an active social media presence. Highly recommended for anyone looking to streamline their social media management.

There is a leaning curve, therefore there is a need to take initial a time to learn the system.

Hootsuite is where we go to post every social media post and its analytics provide our team with the data we need to inform our team about our audience

The feature I find most useful is the ability to schedule posts across multiple platforms in advance. The calendar makes it easy to organize and plan all our content in one place. I also appreciate the social listening tools.

There are no features that I dislike about Hootsuite.

Hootsuite has always helped us with organization. Within one platform we are able to schedule posts on all our channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows our school to have six connected social media profiles, making it easy for us to schedule content days and even weeks in advance. Having multiple users is one of the best features so that we can plan more efficiently. The calendar feature is awesome and gives you a good view of when and where things are going out!

Sometimes the social media profiles become disconnected but unsure if this is a Hootsuite or the profiles issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach more people than ever by usuing hootsuite across multiple platforms and we save a ton of time!
Great features, bad support
What do you like best about the product?
It really is the top of the line platform for social scheduling, and it's definitely the most feature rich.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. I've been using it for 10+ years and now that it's grown, the price is just astronomical. I pay $175/month just to keep a handful of client accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule pretty much any post type from it, which is super helpful. I can also tag products and post to stories, which saves a lot of manual work.

It's clear and simple interface. It is easy to understand and maneuver. You can get started scheduling posts right away, even as a beginner.

I haven't experienced much downsides. It does and offers what I need it for.

I can easily schedule several posts at once, schedule ahead, duplicate them and have a clear overview. It safes me valuable time.
Does the Job
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is reasonably priced and makes collaboration with team members easy. It offers reporting, analytics, and a user-friendly dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a platform, it is not super reliable for publishing as we have had scheduled posts fail.

It helps to manage and schedule content in one place. The calendar view is helpful.
