What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Hootsuite! It makes social posting so much easier. I use a pared down version for the small business b2b marketing I do, and it still does everything I need. Its super easy to use as well, which I appreciate. Not a lot of hoops to jump through, and its nice to have the metrics available as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the tagging function to work for all of the platforms I have added
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its decreasing the number of separate sites I need to go to publish content. I can do it from one place. Leaves more space in my brain for other things! Also the AI function is helpful for when I'm having a hard time coming up with something to post.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite creates an automation for our team, allowing us to focus on content not technology. We were up and running instantly and easily integrated with other tools to give us an opportunity to set up weeks ahead of schedule. It also makes it easy for team members to onboard and step in when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues for us, we've adopted quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us plan an execute content ahead of schedule, freeing up time for other work.

Easy to schedule social media posts

What do you like best about the product?
I know we don't use Hootsuite for everything it can do, but we love it for what it does. We write our some of our marketing social media posts in advance, and because Hootsuite allows us to schedule posts in advance, we can be much more efficient in our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the case where you write one post that is going across social channels, once you schedule the post, if you need to edit it for some reason, you need to go into the post for each channel/platform individually in order to make edits. Would be ideal if you could edit as easily as creating the initial draft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned previously, it makes scheduling our social posts more efficient. We can login and post for several clients across several platforms all at once.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and program and all social media networks. Our company has been using Hootsuite for about 10 years and we will continue to use it.

Doesn't take links for social media so that could be improved

What do you like best about the product?
This allows you to schedule postings, along with the adding of a planner function. Customer support has been great and responsive. I use this everytime my copmany needs to post across multiple or different accounts. The setup is easy to connect your accounts to, and it didn't take much time at all to connect all social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform allows you to post across multiple differnt accounts, you don't have access to all platforms. Or rather, the system does not allow you to post certain types of postings on certain accounts. There is no ability to schedule on TikTok, or Instagram postings aren't consistent whether you want a post, reel, or story. Some consistency across all platforms would be very nice. I wish there was a feature that would also allow you multiple users per account, rather than 1 login per account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of allowing me to post across multiple platforms with one post.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new AI features, ability to schedule out posts, see all of our analytics in one place etc. It's pretty easy to use and implement into a routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is hefty for small businesses who may not use it as much. I don't like that we can't tag individuals on a lot of different platforms and the integration with Instagram is not great.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the interface. You can see all of your social media accounts side by side and in list form - so you can scroll down through all of your scheduled posts. And then when you click in to them, you can see how they will look in situ.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price has gone up significantly over the past 5 years. As a one-person company with some support, it has reached the max that I am happy to pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to post regularly without any gaps in the schedule. It stops me from having to rely on memory or having time each day.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hootsuite to schedule the gallery's social media programming. It's very helpful in planning our posts for the month and keeping everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that I wish we could see a preview of our posts in the monthly view. But it's easy enough to switch back and forth to the weekly view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps with time managment and organizing our content planning. It's very helpful to have everything in one place.
