What do you like best about the product?
It is highly intuitive and user friendly, and it has excellent features that streamline and simplify social media management and monitoring! We use it all the time for our business accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally fails to send posts, which can be frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Hootsuite, it would be time consuming and inefficient to manage and monitor our social media accounts across multiple platforms. Hootsuite makes it very easy to plan, organize, and manage posts, and connect with users and see their responses in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, posting made easy. A couple clicks and your on multiple sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar could be better. When you're posting for an entire month and you are going back and forth from one month to another the calendar can get tedious. The whole point to posting early is that you can get it done and move on to the next project. If the calendar could remain in one month or another it would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on multiple channels at the sametime.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and management of social media - it's easy to use, and I rely on it daily in order to support my work managing a variety of channels! Integration is key when it comes to reliable
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of personalisation when it comes to posting through to Instagram - you lack a lot of features such as location and account tagging - it's not as seamless as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a great time-saver when it comes to organising content in advance, it allows me and my team to view our schedule in a quick, digestable snapshot and to create a backlog of draft work ensuring for smooth process and overall management of multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to schedule posts across my social networks, and I really like the system's interface. You can choose to send posts immediately or schedule them for later, which is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social networks do become disconnected often in which you have to manually reconnect them. Also the price keeps going up and up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schedling posts manaully one by one can take time. It is so much more seamless to have one system handle the post scheduling for you. Hootsuite does do a great job with this.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Hootsuite for the past 10 years, and it has been an absolute game-changer for my social media management. As a busy entrepreneur, juggling multiple platforms for my businesses can be overwhelming, but Hootsuite has been my go-to assistant in handling all my day-to-day social media needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas where Hootsuite could improve. Sometimes, posts don’t send as scheduled, which can be frustrating when I’m relying on automation. Additionally, the feature to group all my social pages together takes longer than I’d like. These minor issues are something I feel they can fix to make the experience even better.

What do you like best about the product?
It's since many years that we are using Hootsuite to optimize our time and efforts on social media posting. It's easy to use, and allow us plan easily most of our posting, giving us the opportunity to save time and always be there for our contacts. Even when there has been a need of handing over the function, it's been a smooth hussle and we have been able to never disappear or run the risk of missing an appointment. We also find value from the ongoing updates and trainings provided, that help us reflect on the efficacy of what we plan and understand best practices and trends.

So far we never had any issue that is relevant to share here.

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to this software, we were able to effectively and centrally manage our presence on social media, saving time and optimizing our communication strategies. The interface is intuitive and allowed us to schedule posts on different platforms quickly and easily, ensuring consistent and timely planning of our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
SometimeSometimes when scheduling a post with a video it may not get the cover we give it. But we think it's a problem that's being resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking and analytics capabilities offered by Hootsuite have proven critical in better understanding our audience behavior and measuring the effectiveness of our social campaigns. The reporting tools provided us with detailed and clear data, allowing us to make informed decisions and continuously improve our social media marketing strategy.
