What do you like best about the product?
It saves a lot of time with scheduling and works great. We have been using it for a very long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we started, Hootsuite was still affordable, now we look at other programs every year because it has become almost unaffordable. The response you get is "we are further developing it." I find this a weak response, Canva also develops further and costs comparatively a pittance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All channels in one dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule out all of my social media posts (including IG stories!) with ease! Another plus is the free webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything in the platform that I don't like.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps me manage all of the social media platforms for our business in one place. The software is very user friendly and straightforward, and they offer tutorials and walkthroughs when starting out to make the transition easy. I am able to see multiple streams on one screen, and Hootsuite displays a detailed content calendar where I can see all of my scheduled posts in an organized way. I also found it very easy to move from the free version to a paid subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced is losing connections with my social media pages, and having to reconnect, but customer support has been incredibly helpful with that, and most of those issues are more related to the sites having temporary issues, rather than a Hootsuite error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the problem of having to login to multiple accounts to see social media data. Having Hootsuite connect me to everything in one place has been a gamechanger for my productivity and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling social posts with the option to use the same copy and content for each platform or switching it up in seconds! Our team schedules post at weeks at a time, saving so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tag people in a scheduled LinkedIn post. We have many though leaders that we would like to include but have to manually adjust on LinkedIn after posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving us timeHootsuite helps our marketing and communications team save countless hours by simplifying social media management. With multiple clients and their numerous products and services to promote, we can schedule posts in advance, manage multiple accounts seamlessly, and focus more on strategy instead of getting bogged down by daily posting tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
When I started with Hootsuite I paid $150 USD/year, and they have been skyrocketing the prices since, this year my renewal will cost me OVER $1000 USD. I don't mind paying more for value but I hardly see the value correlation at this point, they have added a lot of features I don't use and (TBH I find annoying). I will not be renewing with them again because there are better options going forward and I would encourage you to do your research

annoying pop ups that keep coming back of their own promotion
poor layout
constantly increasing prices
poor customer support

Minimal accounts that can be loaded. Instagram posting would be helpful.

Easy to use platform for social media planning

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of Hootsuite is what makes it great to me. Truthfully, we don't use it as much as we used to only because we've stripped our social media content down quite a lot over the years. However, I appreciate that the software is simple and easy to use for us, and the kind of thing I'm comfortable letting a colleague use in my absence if needed, even if they are not familiar with it. The scheduling process is simple, and I love the ability to manipulate content to work for different platforms - shorten for X, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company uses LinkedIn almost exclusively now, and as LinkedIn has its own scheduling capabilities we don't have as much of a need for Hootsuite as we used to when we were doing heavy content planning. However, that's more a reflection of our shift in need then anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not heavy on social media, but Hootsuite's publishing function allows us to preplan social media easily. I also appreciate the recommended posting times function.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a simple to use, efficent and easy way for me so schedule social media posts. I can clearly see what is set to be posted and what has already run. It keeps everything together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price - I do find it expensive for a small business. It would be good if this was taken into consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of being able to set up future posts so not forgotten about.
