What do you like best about the product?
Having now 3 choices in French for my posts! I now recommend it to my friends!

Would be great to choose even our own social (personal) medias.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the content sharing platform of my dreams! I use it every single day, multiple times a day for the nonprofit organization I work for. It is reliable and easy to use, and I love that I can see a preview of what the content will look like on each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't choose a cover photo from the videos I upload directly. I also wish that I could choose the cropping for what it will look like on the IG grid. That cannot be fixed in the IG app once it is uploaded, so the grid doesn't always look good.

Creating mass content calenders.

What do you dislike about the product?
Twitter/X still needs improvement. Need to fix your integration as the analytics/numbers shown on X analytics is different from what you're showing. Also, you should improve the feature on character limit especially is user has premium account on Twitter, the character limit should also adjust. And creating threads too
For Instagram, you need to fix the cropping of images. whenever I post carousel images with different image sizes/orientation, no matter how I adjust it here in hootsesuite, when it publishes, it messes it up. Preview shows it correctly but in actual post it';s different. Posting reels is really confusing here. cant find it.
But other features are really good and easy to navigate

Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts by streamlining scheduling, monitoring, and analytics, which benefits users by saving time and improving the effectiveness of their social media strategies.
Great for Social Media Managers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that hootsuite allows you to see a visual of your social media plan on all accounts. We monitor multiple accounts and it makes planning and viewing analytics on each account very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, creating stories in app can be hit or miss. I never know how they will turn out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the centralization of everything. I can go to one place to see everything.
Simplified marketing planning
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is super easy to use and very quick to set up and start using. We were able to start scheduling posts and using it the same day we signed up for the plan. Our team uses it daily, and it's very convenient to have analytics in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it had a designer program included with it to help speed up the content creation process, versus having to create graphics outside of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes positng to multiple accounts easy for anyone to do, and has standardized reporting that we can trust.
Hootsuite is the BEST!
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and great user experience. You don't have to be extremely techy to figure it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics could be more robust. I'd like more report options when it comes to monthly analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite really helps us streamline our social media onto one platform. We have 3 events with 3-4 accounts each so it really helps stay organized and see everything in one place.
If you have multiple social media channels, you need Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! I have worked in social media for 11 years and Hootsuite is by far the easiest social media organizational tool I've ever used. We easily post to multiple accounts for multiple programs several times a day with the calendar feature and it could not be easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in Hootsuite that I get frustrated with, which is rare.

We have a team of social media content creators and it is convient to have one place where we can all post and optimize our posting times to bring the biggest engagement for our respective programs. Hootsuite makes it easy to manage.

Post Scheduling and analytics
Critical tool for social, especially small teams
What do you like best about the product?
Working for a nonprofit with a small team, being able to coordinate posts, content calendar, social listening, etc with the dispersed team is a HUGE advantage. I've used Hootsuite on and off for 10+ years and they have come so far as a tool for social. The interface is actually pretty easy to use and is especially easy to train up team members how to get the most from it. Being able to integrate the tool for the whole team so easily is a bonus. The overall best part is the community. Such a vibrant and thriving community of users who are willing to help each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't know what I'd change. It's come so far from the old Excel on steroids interface and is so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frankly, just being able to quantify how all of our digital is doing time over time has been huge. It's been able to help us get a real grasp on where we are as an org and how we are actually doing.
