What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to organize and schedule out posts across multiple social media accounts. This is also true for our Hootsuite Amplify account to allow our employees to do the same with premade content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I don't like about Hootsuite at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is allowing us to quickly post our content to many different social media accounts and scheduling them out. We are loving the Hootsuite Amplify program that allow us to create content for our employees to post as themselves!

What do you like best about the product?
Our team markets and runs social media accounts for our company's 13 businesses. Hootsuite streamlined the process of scheduling and posting content for our team. I also enjoy the insight feature for monitoring chatter online and measuring our reach. Our team uses Hootsuite daily, and it has cut the time it takes to post our content in half. Linking our accounts to Hootsuite was quick and easy. Patrick Loughnane has been great to work with and he is always quick to reply when we need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our social media content creator does not like that she does not have as many emojis when posting through Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all of our 13 social media pages. It makes mass posting content very simple.

What do you like best about the product?
The support and response time from our Customer Account Manager and Customer Success Manager
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have strugled with an option (tiktok inbox) that hootuite does not had until now

Integrating Tiktok private inbox that we didnt had.

What do you like best about the product?
The way you can adjust messages for each social media platform has saved me hours of work! Great new features are being added monthly, and the Talkwalker integration is a welcomed addition!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if they got an online support chat instead of a support email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a great way to schedule our social media messages and work as a team monitoring incoming private and public messages. Through their analytics we can keep up our game and understand best practices.

Great Platform with Advanced Features

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hootsuite is the ability to do everything related to social media in one platform. You can view analytics, make posts, tag users, and reply to comments all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media features are updating constantly and there are always going to be native features that you can't access on Hootsuite. For example, I can't tag our employees in LinkedIn posts because you can only tag pages on the platform (which is common for most platforms like Hootsuite). However, it does mean I end up posting natively sometimes and it's frustrating to have to switch back and forth between posting in Hootsuite and native posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ultimately, Hootsuite is the most effective tool I've seen with advanced analytics. You can see everything you need to make decisions in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers a wide range of features that I have not seen many competitors offer. Whenever we inquired about specific capabilities or challenges, the Hootsuite team always had a solution either within the tool itself or with one of their partners. Their support team is highly responsive and ensures you're never left in the dark.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to listening and reporting, lots of trial and error to find the sweetspot. It also seems like there are some gaps with pulling in mentions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to manage multiple brands across multiple social accounts and Hootsuite really simplifies our day to day work. The integrated AI also helps with writing posts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a one-stop-shop for social media. Content and copy creation and generation, product integrations, social listening, backend management, community engagement, etc. Previously, I was having to do everything natively. Having everything in one location immediately simplifies and centralizes my workflow.

Analytics are super helpful. As each platform measures differently, having them in one template in one location helps tremendously. Replying to messages and seeing tags? These are things I would typically commonly miss. With the inbox, it filters through everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the social listening tool, at least on the basic account, is all that great.

I think the trainings are relatively redundant. In my opinion, the first training with our team should have started off with how to post and other basics, not tags and approval workflows. I wish the trainings were 1:1 with my customer succcess team so I can actively ask clarifying questions instead of having to put them in a box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, just centralizing everything, especially analytics. It helps keep everything in one spot. My workflow is much cleaner.
