Hootsuite has helped our organization produce more and better content on social.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of scheduling posts, viewing boards, and creating performance reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we cannot include other organizations' pages in our boards. I would like to have a clear view of what other organizations in our sphere are posting on a daily basis. I would also like to see what other partnering organizations in the community are posting.

I don't like that you cannot tag others when sharing a post from a stream on your board.

I don't like that you cannot post to reels or stories on facebook. (If you can, I haven't figured it out).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cannot oversee the many pages our organization maintains without a platform like Hootsuite. I also cannot feasibly schedule posts on the individual platforms, so the scheduling function is necessary.

Great Product, Great Service

What do you like best about the product?
As a Social Media Manager my team and I have found that Hootsuite is a great product for consolidating all our takes into one place and taking action on them. With a total of 21 Social Accounts, it is a great place to see everything that is going on and the analytical reporting allows us to create goals that are achievable.
Our Account Manager at Hootsuite is extremely knowledgeable and has helped to ensure we are making the most out of the tool. He follows up on all our questions. We couldn’t be happier with his service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anytime we find a limitation in Hootsuite, we find out an enhancement is already in the pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great place to see everything that is going on and the analytical reporting allows us to create goals that are achievable.

Reliable Social Media Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a one-stop shop when it comes to managing social media accounts. The analytics are easily accessible, the account management you receive from the Hootsuite team is great, and the option to scale is encouraging.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few 'add-on' features not included such as in-depth analytics, social listening, price per seat, and compliance review. When I do have a product suggestion/request, it seems like the request is sent over to the team but never able to be implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the time management of social media for me. Having one platform where I can schedule, respond, review, and track social media posts allows space for scalability for our team. Hootsuite saves me a LOT of time responding to customers, scheduling posts and cross-posting across multiple platforms.

Efficient Posting with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I benefit from the ability to preschedule posts with Hootsuite. I also find the ability to duplicate and post very useful. It's time-saving and allows me to get posts scheduled months in advance in a fairly quick manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the ability to upload more photos for LinkedIn could be improved. Even though I know LinkedIn does not accept more than 10 photos, the ability to just upload them with the understanding that Hootsuite is only going to publish the first 10 would be fine with me. This feature used to be available previously on Hootsuite, and with updates, it has since changed. So, the problem is, if I'm posting to LinkedIn and Facebook at the same time and I want to upload 20 photos, I still need to go into the LinkedIn tab and delete 10 of those photos. Previously, it would have just published the first 10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to easily post to multiple platforms simultaneously and duplicate posts. I often preschedule posts months in advance.

Cost effective SaaS for Social and Busines Intelligence

What do you like best about the product?
A very easy to use and cost effective tool for most businesses looking to work in social and social listening. Ease of setup and team designations is very simple and user friendly. Support is very quick and effective (IF) you ever need them. The tool has withstood the test of time (devised initially as a direct competitor to Tweetdeck "Hoot" ), but was savvy enough to expand to many more use cases than a "one trick pony." This is a tool we use daily for scheduling content and engaging our clients' audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the sizing elements of media feels enforced on a platform level rather than the native platform restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With numerous clients (and their numerous social accounts) this helps us easily schedule and tag content relevant to specific objectives. This tool not only helps us organize and schedule, it reduces the amount of time dedicated to getting content ready to deploy.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Hootsuite is being able to create a content library and upload content for my team that they can access when they need to post it. I use Hootsuite all month long but my team only uses it when they need to schedule posts. It's convenient for me and my team as we are all on different timelines.
Another feature I enjoy is the analytics tab. It is easy to see the results and then integrate them into the reports I create. Overall, the implementation and integration into my reports is very seamless.
I have never had to use customer support because Hootsuite is so user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about Hootsuite is the "calendar" feature. For our company, we have so many posts going out that the calendar can look crowded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our company, analytics is a problem because we have so many accounts and it's hard to collect all the data. Hootsuite has solved that problem by allowing me to see all the posts from specific days, accounts, etc. It benefits me because it makes my reporting easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it's easy-to-use post composer and ability to schedule a large amount of content across multiple accounts and platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is a bit clunky and I can't often find solutions naturally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule a large amount of content across multiple accounts and platforms. The ability to see results/analytics all in one place. It also gives other teammembers working access to our accounts without providing native app access.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Hootsuite constantly innovates the platform to offer the best solutions and keeps up with the latest trends.

A little expensive but worth it when used to its full potential.

It's easy to use the publishing calendar, get texts approved, all without having to send emails to our team and use tons of database files as everything is done in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes scheduling effortless and data retrieval straightforward. I've been using Hootsuite Enterprise for the past three years, after starting with the basic plan. I particularly enjoy using Amplify—it’s been a great tool for connecting our employees with their audience and driving engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don’t have any major dislikes with Hootsuite. However, I do wish the analytics were a bit more detailed, especially when it comes to tracking ROI and website clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the problem of streamlining social media management by making scheduling and content publishing easy to organize and execute across multiple platforms. It's also simplifying data retrieval, allowing me to track performance and engagement effectively. While the analytics could be more robust, particularly in areas like ROI and website clicks, the overall user-friendly interface and powerful scheduling tools have saved me a lot of time. This has allowed me to focus more on strategy and engagement, rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks. Additionally, using Amplify has been a great way to connect our employees with their audience, enhancing internal advocacy and boosting brand visibility.

I wish the team would have prooperly oonboarded me so that I could understand the full prooduct.
