Saves time!
What do you like best about the product?
I post to many accounts and HS allows me to post one time instead of two. I cannot even tell you how much time this saves me. I love the suggested Hastag feature

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes managing multiple social media accounts a breeze. I can schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze performance all in one place. The collaboration features make it easy to work with my team, and the app integrations help streamline our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit high for a personal account or smaller businesses, and the interface can feel overwhelming at first. It takes some time to learn all the features, but once you do, it's a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media platforms efficiently. Instead of logging into each account separately, I can schedule posts, monitor engagement, and track performance from one central dashboard. This saves me time and ensures that my personal brand remains consistent across all channels. Additionally, the analytics feature helps me understand what content resonates with my audience, allowing me to refine my strategy and grow my brand more effectively.
Best time saving software for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to make 1 post across several social media platforms is great. It also will tell you when something needs to be edited for the platform to post correctly. All your inboxes are in one place as well. It can even boost posts for you. In Hootsuite you can schedule posts out for months. I get a small surprise when I see my posts that I made a while ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price has gone up significantly but still worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps solve the amount of time that it takes to post across multiple platforms and to multiple profiles. It will automatically let you know what needs to be changed in order for it to post correctly.
The Swiss Army Knife of Social Media Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
The basic pieces of the Hootsuite program give you everything you need to create, post, monitor and report on your social. Plus once you start adding in apps it becomes an even more robust hub for all things social. It takes not time to get started with the platform and learn the ins and outs. And, if you get stuck their support team is great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. But it is one of the more affordable programs out there and isn't nearly as expensive as some of its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies my workflow and saves time; when you're a small in house team that is worth a lot. plus it makes it easy to visually see what is going on with all my channels in one oplace thanks to my streams.

All our social media channels in one place, it makes planning and uploading very organised and easy. It is great for tracking analytics and best performing posts.

The Instagram picture crops can be a bit difficult.

An excelent platform for helping manage a small charities chanels
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is exceptionally helpful for our small scale charity.
We have several social media platforms we utalise accross the charity, and Hootsuite makes this easy to do. Team members can work together on campaigns while all looking at the larger picture of scheduled content. It's easy to edit and amend posts, dates and times as needed.
The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for those who are not techy. The ability to create multiple streams for different social networks, track mentions, and monitor hashtags is particularly useful for staying on top of our social media activity.

While Hootsuite offers a free plan, it is quite limited in features. We have a charity discount that we use which really helps us to keep cots down.
The Hootsuite mobile app, while useful for on-the-go management, is not as as good as the desktop version.
Largely I'm very happy with it as a platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small scale charity with several different social media platforms. These can be awkward to manage without a management chanel like Hootsuite. It makes it easy for several team members to have an overview of what is going on.
Helpful, user-friendly tool for any marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable insights/analytics dashboard is amazing. And I love the constant updating when it comes to scheduling social media posts. The webinars and marketing resources are also a huge plus. It is overall easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scheduling content, the preview formatting is inaccurate and disorting. Making it a not as helpful from a design standpoint. Customer service could be better and it would be much easier if I could get somebody on the phone. Also - the LinkedIn pdf addition is great, but you cannot edit the Title of the file when you use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a good tool for me - I can manage all my social media accounts in one place - I can post on all social media at the same time. It's really easy to use, the accessiblity is easy. I really do like it and the scheduling of posts at other dates and times helps me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are 2 things I don't like about Hoootsuite. Firstly, the AI is useless - I don't find it to be very good at all - it doesn't have a large range of topics and what it does write I find short and repetitive. Even using the section where it write content from a link, I find it to be inaccurate. It takes bits from the webpage but compeltely out of context that the post doesn't make sense! This is why I have given it a 6 review because its great if you want to write your own posts but if you want to save time and use the AI - it is not a good option.

It's allowing me to post on all social media at one time. It allows me to schedule posts in advance.
Hootsuite is pretty user-friendly and has good customer service at a digestible price.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was easy to set up and includes all the features you need to manage social posts. I use it on a weekly basis and I am a fan of the updates they just released and love that they hear suggestions from users. The interactions I've had with customer service have been great. They recently upgraded their reporting, which I'm excited about.

I wish posting to multiple platforms at once was a little easier.

Hootsuite streamlines managing a social media calendar and posting to multiple channels. It is great to have what I need all in one place.
Hootesuite saves so much time and keeps all my socials up to date!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite allows me to update all my socials from one platform, but with a twist. I can upload one asset or story and customize it to each platform - easy peasy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The onyl downside of Hootesuite is that I can't publish to TikTok from it!

Hootesuite allows me to use one platform for all socials - making my job infinitely easier and more efficient.
