Everything you need in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to navigate and intuitive Hootsuite is. All of the platform's features fuction very well, and If I do run into any issues, the support team and my account executive is very quick to respond and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly do not have anything that I dislike about Hootsuite. I think it's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has streamlined out social media posting and allowed us to consolidate our analytics into one place. This has freed up time for me as the manager of our social media channels to tackle other social media projects and made reporting our social media data much easier.
Very easy and effective
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage all my platforms in one easy site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything is easy to understand. I can quickly learn new things. The support is amazing if I need anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to make multiple social media posts to more than one platform for more than 1 location without having to go into several different websites to create one single post.
Hootsuite Changes the Game for Social Media Managers
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduler tool is what I use the most. Being able to schedule content in advance is a game changer for not only efficiency but for mental health. Working in social media on a such regular basis, can be straining in many ways. Hootsuite gives managers the ability to take a step back from the scroll and focus on the work that needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software glithces in weird ways, but in general, it's very infrequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content scheduling and brand awareness/monitoring tools are the main things the Hootsuite solves for our team.
Hootsuite is an incredible toolbox of social media gadgets and has awesome customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it has so many different capabilities to show progress but allows you to elevate your product in so many different ways. If you have an idea, they will listen and help you get to where you want to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The systems can be buggy at times. I have been frustrated a few times over the last year when all of my accounts disconnect, and I have to manually go in and reconnect them. It happens on all systems and thankfully out of all the ones I have worked on, Hootsuite does it by far the least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me so much time allowing me to post on so many different networks at once. It would take me all day switching between three different playforms.
Hootsuite has improved our efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of implementation, we moved from a previous platform to Hootsuite and in a couple of sessions the team was able to pick the structure and uses. When it comes to the analytic information the number of reports that are available is amazing which allows us to tailor reports to specfic groups. We utilize Hootsuite everyday to plan and see our coverage.
What do you dislike about the product?
When going back and looking to see what post have been published there are some post that say failed with no explanation as to why, to correct the problem moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving our social analytics, planning, and effiecency business problems.

Results and customer service. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface (sometimes!). Nothing else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are a large company that uses Hootsuite to manage over 19 social media platforms, it's a great way to ensure we're organised and can see everything in one place. The Inbox 2.0 is a great way to see all of our customer communications as well as the scheduling tool to ensure everything is going out at the correct time.
As a director, I can easily see the work my team has put in to ensure brand consistency and fluidity.

Excellent Reporting Features
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been an excellent tool for analyzing our LinkedIn metrics. The historical data is invaluable and can be easily exported to Excel for further analysis. Additionally, it allows us to review previous postings effortlessly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
If Hootsuite reporting can distiguished between a company post and a paid campaign using the same post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing full-depth reporting of our metrics and making it easy to pull that data into a spreadhseet.
Hootsuite is one of the best social media management platforms that I've seen in my career!
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility. It offers everything that I could need in a social media management platform while not being too expensive. If I had to pick one feature that was my favorite though, it would have to be the analytics! By far the most comprehensive analytics I've seen and I love that you can add customized notes for team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was looking for a new social media management platform, I trialed Sprinklr as well as Hootsuite. What I liked about Sprinklr is you could schedule a post on multiple platforms and schedule each platform at a different time. You could even add locations to Instagram and Facebook posts. I would love to see that in Hootsuite without having to duplicate posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me provide in depth analytics to my manager is who looking to see how many people we've reached over a certain period of time. It also helps me schedule content in advance; I was able to schedule all of my holiday content at the beginning of November and it felt GREAT!

We love using Hootsuite for it's performance insights, artificial intelligence, helpful videos and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of are glitches when posting to social media.

Hootsuite helps track analytics, which helps with our reporting to executives.

I love the simplicity that they offer. The platform is easy to use and navigate! I also enjoy the capablity of using Canva and AI to help us create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had bulk edits when scheduleding the same post to multiple pages.

We are able to schedule and analize data all in one platform!
