An Invaluable Tool For Anyone
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has become a must-have for me in my past few jobs. Being able to post to all of our social media accounts at once in an easy to use interface helps get our message out. Scheduling posts is a great feature too. Even the free version is incredibly beneficial for some users. The analytics tools provide valuable insights to what works and what doesn't work for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features are a work in progress but they aren't quite where they should be. I often use them as a jumping off point to create content. Some of the listening tools are not as useful as they could be but that could be because they're new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue that we have had as an organization is reaching an audience. Being able to share more content to a wider audience is a great tool.

I cannot really think of what I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes me less time to post. It also helps me determine the best time to post my content and the biggest audience.

The inbox tools should have more options to enhance the answers to the costumers.

The scheduling is great. You can work in advance and then know your content will be delivered as planned.

The cost is high compared to other similar products.

Hootsuite allows me to plan and schedule content and then forget about it, knowing that the software is reliable and I can go back and edit anything I need to prior to publication.
Comprehensive Easy-To-Use Social Media Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows you to take control of all your social media platforms in one place, allowing you to design and create stunning posts in mere minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a small amount of training to get the best out of the software but once mastered the rewards are worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to manage multiple accounts without the needs to switch in and out thus saving time.
Easy to Use, all in one software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can go ahead and schedule posts and have it be automated. We can upload templates straight from our canva account and have it posted on any social media platform of our choice at any time/date without having to be present.
What do you dislike about the product?
One down side of it, is when sharing stories on Instagram, it can only share one story at a time and can only be added at 5 minute increments if we want to post it, we have to go through it one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gives me the ability to control when posts are posted and to which platform without having to be in front of the computer when we have projects to launch. For example, if something were to go live on the weekend or at 7am, I do not have be there, Hootsuite automatically posts my materials. I can also plan posts weeks or months ahead of the time, which is great. Since it is on the calendar, I do not need to worry about missing the optimal time for interations between posts and audiences.
An oldie but a goodie!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the oldest Social Media tools around, but still a good one. I find this tool to be affordable, can post on multiple profiles, schedule and publish from the platform, and no limit on the amount of posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the available support for the tool to be lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to easily manage multiple social media accounts.
Social Media Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the AI feature which can take a lengthy article and summarize it in a digestible and interesting post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reports are overwhelming with details. But that's typical for stats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps generate new post ideas with the AI functionality.
Simple and effective way to streamline social campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The Hootsuite interface is very easy to use and implement social strategies across our corporate brands tailored to each brand's voice. It's very easy to integrate our own brand logos and images and schedule posts for each week. The analytical tools help guide us in the right direction for the most growth and the generative AI helps to craft unique posts daily. Customer support is fast and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for me is the phone app having a few less control features vs the desktop application, but thats the case with most any program of this type so it's workable but would be great to have extra post scheduling and creative options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving our scheduling problems by showing us what posts were most effective and when our followers are most active on each channel in a streamlined interface and helps us ensure we're targeting the right geographic regions. The AI writing assist is a massive help in crafting new and engaging post content.
Time Saver and a Marketer's Best Friend!
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use & provides great tips on writing, optimisation and timing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes disconnects my account and the verification can be complicated, but that's probably good for security reasons. :)
