An incredibly useful tool for managing multiple social channels at once
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to post accross socials using a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annoyingly, when typing in the make a post thing it types really really slow. This means that I have to use word to write then copy and paste into hootsuite. It's not the end of the world but really frustrating when having to make edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post accross socials, i do need to look into the analystics more. There used to be that helpful wizard on the side that gave a nice quick summary but that's gone now.

What do you like best about the product?
I am mostly using the schedule function of Hootsuite to plan posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. The function to schedule different posts in one window, so that I need to upload the graphic asset only once is very helpful. I also like the link shortener and the hashtag suggestions.
I build some dashbooards for our company to have a quick overview about the most important KPIs.If you set up the listening function quite detailed, you get a great idea pool for your new posts.
I use Hootsuite quite everday and the user interface is pretty self-explanatory and simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
The connection between Hootsuite and the social media channels cuts inconveniently often. If so, the planned posts won't be posted. I don't really know if this is a problem of Hootsuite or of the social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me to plan my social media posts all on one platform. Without Hootsuite I had to plan the most manual on every platform. It is way more time efficient and organised. We also use the draft function to review some postings before publishing them.

Ease of use for scheduling. The platform is very friendly.

The basic account can only spend $500 per month on paid ads.
When you boost a video it does not provide a cover image on Instagram.

A handy tool for all my social media needs
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a solid tool for managing social media, I tried some others (and there are many around) but I think Hootsuite is still the best. You can schedule posts across multiple profiles and publish directly from the platform, which is super convenient. Plans come with unlimited posts, so there's no cap on how much you can share. The post time optimisation feature helps pick the best times to post, which is handy. It also integrates with Canva, making life easier. It also has Grammarly built in, which is a nice touch for catching typos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite can be expensive depending on the plan you need for your needs.

Hootsuite is making my life easier. I manage many social accounts in many different platforms and having one place to manage it all is great.

Can be glitchy and slow.
Already posted feed items (even scheduled and posted through Hootsuite) are not updated so you cannot receive an accurate evaluation of analytics. For example, 'top performing posts'.

Easily access, schedule and post social content in a user-friendly interface. For example, the calendar option is very helpful to see a content calendar of planned socials.

The ease of posting, it is really easy to writte a draft in Hootsuite for multiple platforms

connectivity (it is more of a Meta problem)

Time, Hootsuite gives me back a lot of time

The tools I have found most usefuel have been AI, scheduling, and the inbox messages from all platforms. This makes my job much easier.

Not sure if this has been address yet, but would like the ability to respond to comments via Hootsuite.
