Great place to manage company's social media accounts!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite is super easy to learn and use. As my company's sole social media & marketing person, I find myself using Hootsuite almost every day to post and view reports on how well the posts are doing. I also enjoy being able to respond to people's messages across all platforms within Hootsuite.
I'm also enjoying the AI features, specifically the AI Hashtag suggestions. Makes my life SO much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is more expensive than I'd like it to be, but for the ease of use and number of features, it would be worse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is saving me time by providing a central management tool for my company's numerous social media platforms.
Perfect to Manage Multiple Social Media Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is very user friendly. It also allows for great navigation between multiple accounts across various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software is very glitchy and I lose my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage all my social media accounts from one place. This is very convenient.
Hootsuite does what it say it will do. It's nice to be able to post to socials from one platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more control over Facebook shops and product tags. Also, I find it more difficult to post stories through Hootsuite than using the social media app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post in one place. I'll occasionally use it to look at the analytics, but I will also use the social media platform to do this.
My opinion
What do you like best about the product?
It’s great for managing multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard, which is super helpful for staying organized and efficient. The ability to schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze performance all in one place is a huge plus. Plus, the integration with various apps and tools can really streamline workflows for social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface a bit overwhelming, especially with its many features and customization options. It can also get pricey, particularly if you need access to advanced features or have a large team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and Automation: I can schedule posts in advance, ensuring consistent content delivery without needing to be online all the time. This helps in maintaining an active social presence even when you're busy with other tasks.
Hootsuite is the easiest way to get out a high volume of content.

It's the easiest way to get out a high volume of content for multiple clients.

I wish the tagging feature was easier to use.

Ability to get out multiple campaigns at once.
Best scheduling platform to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics. It's easy to understand and provides good insight on which posts are doing well. The platform as a whole has a nice layout and easy to navigate. A plus is the trainings Hootsuite does. I attended a few and gained valuable insight on social media marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike, but it's mainly a Meta issue I believe, is that sometimes my posts will fail on Instagram. It seems to only be reels, which is not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on many accounts. My current company has acquired multiple other businesses that we do posting for, and Hootsuite has made it easy to link them all!
Improved Ad Creation!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the improved Ad. creation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytic tools are cumbersome when using.

Hootsuite makes it easy and quick to schedule content. I also appreciate the improved ad. scheduling features.
Best Tool for the Job
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite's social listening tools, the AI that they have recently installed, the calendar, the recommended posting times, and the ability to manage all my social media accounts in one place. As a social media coordinator for a business that runs 3 brands on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, this has been a convenient and easy tool to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always get a notification in my inbox every time I'm tagged across my social accounts and I cannot schedule or post Reels or Shorts from Hootsuite, but no one can do that at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to check 3 accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and X every day, which is so helpful! I can also plan posts for the best time depending on each brand's audience.
Hootsuite - Easy to use, Some things could use some improvement but overall I recommend
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, great interface. I love how Hootsuite offers certifications too. They have great customer support. It makes my job easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitchy at times and messes up UTM links so I would have to post most things one platform at a time. Once I got into the routine it didn't bother me, but I wish it was easier. Also, not sure if its their APIs with different social platforms (I know especially Meta they are constantly updating their systems/algorithms so I know its amazing that Hootsuite can stay on top of it) but the analytics were at times very unreliable. One last thing - I wish Hootsuite would notify you in advanced when an account is about to be disconnected because once it is, it messes up analytics.

Scheduling content in advanced, gathering social media analytics at just a few clicks.
Have used for years and love it
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is by far the easiest social media management tool I've used and I've used several. I love that it gives you analytics and you can run campaigns through it and the end of the year wrap they give is the best! Our team uses it every single day. We have several older team members and even implimenting it with them was flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are connectivity issues where posts don't go up as scheduled, but that's on the social platforms and not necessarily a Hootsuite issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me a ton of time from manually going into each social account and scheduling posts. Plus being able to see all the analytics all in the same spot is awesome.
