What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's an all-in-one software that meets my organization's social media marketing and customer service needs. Competitor analytics are great for showing senior leadership how we perform against the industry. It's very easy and intuitive to operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service has improved tremendously, but response times to service tickets are still a little slow. I also think the Streams interface could be improved. It's a bit cluttered and chaotic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many problems. We have great reporting that we can use to adjust our social media strategy and measure how we are performing against competitors. The Inbox 2.0 is very important for our organization due to how much engagement we get on our posts and ads. We also do a ton of reporting in Inbox 2.0 so we can track trends and report those things back to the organization's different lines of business. It helps us monitor issues in real time, see spikes in trends, whether that be construction-related issues, internet service outages, etc. We can then take those issues back to leadership and determine what organizational changes need to be made. It also helps us from a crisis management perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a cost effective way to have a lot of users, both from a social scheduling and monitoring perspective as well as managing direct messaging. The reporting is helpful and straightforward with the customer care a big positive too. This platform essentially does what it needs to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up inboxes for different users for various access levels can be a bit timely, having to set up varying inbox views across multiple brands and channels in each user account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple teams across different locations being able to schedule and monitor social channels in one place is the greatest benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I like best about Hootsuite is that a different social profile will be easily managed when it comes to our different partnership programs. It also makes sure that every collaborative announcement or piece of thought leadership has the right brand voice and there is no unintentional confusion. The time accuracy of various world time zones also implies that our partner materials always arrive to its target audience at the most optimal time of local activity, which is essential to our global promulgation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limitation that I personally feel that the direct integration options offered by Hootsuite with certain of our more specialized B2B-based community platforms still are relatively limited, and so some degree of manual posting would be necessary there. Moreover, it might be somewhat cumbersome to extract highly granular data on specific partner mentions in a larger conversation stream, and thereby more manual sifting is needed than I would prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite actually made the process of managing our thought leadership material much easier at the same time we were doing it with our external partners. In the past we had in a small team wasted a lot of time simply logging into various partner social accounts, or even checking whether joint content has been shared. Today, we map out content releases that we share in Hootsuite way beforehand, to ensure that our partner spotlights and joint announcements are released all at the same time, over all pertinent platforms. It has fully eliminated the last minute coordination efforts turmoil.

Good for Managing Multiple SaaS Clients

What do you like best about the product?
Multi account dashboard is a backbone for our content agency. Managing social media for multiple saas clients used to mean logging in and out of different platforms all day long. Now I can see everything from one screen and switch between client accounts without losing my mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app is pretty hard for quick edits. Sometimes clients want last minute changes to posts, and trying to make edits through the mobile app is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Hootsuite solves. It helps us manage social media for many clients without going crazy. Before using it, our team had to log into each social media site separately for every client. Sometimes we would accidentally post the wrong content on the wrong client's account, which was really bad when working with business clients. Now we can see everything in one place, so we don't make these mistakes anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
Stream monitoring genuinely helps catch engagement opportunities in real-time. For our gen z clients particularly, being able to respond quickly to comments and mentions across multiple platforms from one place has improved our response times dramatically. It's not just about posting content anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram limitations are genuinely annoying, especially for personal profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client approval long process eliminated. Approval workflow feature has transformed how we handle client relationships. When creating wedding e-invites or corporate branding campaigns, getting client sign-off used to involve endless email chains and version confusion. Now clients can review, approve, or request changes directly in the platform with clear timestamps and notes. This has reduced our project timelines by at least a week per campaign.

Great platform for scheduling content

What do you like best about the product?
I liked being able to schedule different content across 3 social media channels. It's easy and straight forward to use and you can schedule content months in advance. I appreciated the analytics component of Hootsuite as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished we can adjust the sizing of certain images and change fonts with more ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes content creation and scheduling much easier especially for those who manage different channels. It also helps with those who lead social campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
There’s a lot of time I save when I’m able to schedule posts for the entire week from different accounts. Hootsuite saves time when I don’t have to log into every single account. I also like the calendar view option. Its super useful for organizing different posts and this also helps me to make sure nothing is missed. Hootsuite also serves to manage a single location for comments and this makes the whole process of engagement a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the reporting needs improvement because I tend to search for the needed metrics more than I want to. I don’t rely much on the mobile app because, the same way the desktop version is, it is not as refined. I also have to say I’ve encountered some issues with scheduled posts that might force me to go over things more than I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to say, thanks to Hootsuite, I save hours every day I would have spent trying to manually manage all my social channels. Now, I am more organized and I have content published on a constant basis, which allows me to reallocate my attention to more important things aside from the strategy. I don’t have to constantly chase posts anymore.

Solid Choice for Small Agency

What do you like best about the product?
Unified dashboard that saves us hours every week. Instead of juggling logins for different client LinkedIn accounts, we can schedule posts for everyone from one place and see all comments and messages in a single inbox. LinkedIn analytics show us exactly when our clients' audiences are most active, so we're not just guessing when to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app is clunky compared to desktop other than I don't have any issue. It does the job well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite's dashboard helps us to see all our clients' LinkedIn activity, schedule their content weeks in advance, and catch every comment or message instantly. This means we can actually focus on strategy and growing our clients' presence instead of just keeping up with daily tasks. Basically turned us from stressed freelancers into a real agency.

Solid Platform for Multi-Client Management

What do you like best about the product?
CSV bulk upload feature is what keeps me organize while managing 12 different client accounts from our little agency in Ahmedabad.
I remember my first week here, I was manually scheduling posts one by one. Now I just dump everything into a spreadsheet on sunday nights, upload it through Hootsuite, and boom, two weeks of content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram is scheduled in maybe 20 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times it loses connection from social media channels, which is annoying. It asks me to reconnect again and again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite basically saves me from social media chaos. Trust me, managing 12+ client accounts across different time zones used to be a nightmare.
The time zone problem was killing us. Before Hootsuite, I was literally setting phone alarms to post content for our London clients at 9 AM while also hitting optimal times for our Middle East accounts. Now I just bulk schedule everything on sunday evenings and let it run automatically. It saves probably 15-20 hours per week just on scheduling alone.
