Create Content and Schedule Instantly
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's dashboard is well-designed, It offers a clean and organized layout that makes it easy to navigate between multiple social media accounts and schedule posts instantly. I also absolutely love the detailed analytics, makes reporting so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Hootsuite, is not using it sooner! It has made my work so much more ecfficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me so much time by being able to schedule posts across multiple platforms. On my vacation time, I do not have to worry about social media at all.

The ease of use. How they add new features. Customer support is helpful

They changed the overall layout, it's harder to tag accounts. The team accounts are pricy

Being able to get content quickly at the right times.
Second Year Using Hootsuite and It's Better Than Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is intuitive to use, so I've had no trouble scaling my operations. I schedule a lot of content on a daily basis, and the platform allows me to see what I've posted and what I have available to me. Also, the software is never down or glitchy, and I've never even had to reach out for technical support. That's a big plus for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't think there's anything I dislike about Hootsuite at this time. I know I have not fully maximized the use of the platform yet, especially in terms of analytics, but it's something I plan to do in the next year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I continue to manage the social media accounts of multiple companies and Hootsuite is allowing me to do that with a minimum of time and effort.
An absolute MUST for managing multiple accounts.

I enjoy the ease of use, especially when publishing and tracking multiple accounts across many networks.

The pricing can seem high, especially if you don't fully understand the suite of tools you are receiving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of being able to broadcast to many networks while staying flexible at our events. With little time to sit down at an actual computer, the ability to manage our brand so seamlessly "on the go" is a key benefit to our organization.

Somtimes the profiles disconnect or it is hard to know sizing on certain elements.

Having to have items scheduled ahead of time.
The best option around
What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite is user friend and contiuously improving and adding features to make their software better. It has an intuitive interface and streamlined easy set up and connect platforms. I've used upwards of 10 different platforms and always come back to Hootesuite. High recommend.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule and preview content and posts, as well as easily modify content reflect the demographics on different SMS platforms without having to create individual posts for each.
Helpful Tools and Reports
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a great tool for managing our social media presence. Its user-friendly interface and ai features have significantly improved my efficiency and allowed me to focus on creating engaging content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite sometimes has post failures but they do their best to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite's scheduling features have been invaluable, allowing me to plan and publish content in advance across multiple platforms. This has significantly reduced the time spent on daily posting and freed up my time to analyze performance data and develop more effective social media strategies.
This current version of Hootsuite is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
I used Hootsuite in the past when a lot of the options were free. Now, I'm using it at my job and it's still great, but even greater. I like the custom reports feature and all of the tools that are used to assist and connect you to different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to dislike the struggle with uploading videos, but now, it's a lot easier. My one pain-point is that when I try to edit a video in the Hootsuite editor, it publishes with no sound, even when the sound icon shows that the volume is all the way up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It schedules reels and is less buggie than Meta Business Suite's scheduler.
Seamless Management of Multiple Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
The best things are the ease of adding new accounts and overall management of multiple accounts, although the analytics are also high on the list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislikes are actually not the fault of Hootsuite, e.g., not being able to simultaneously post to more than one X account or to select X profiles from a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has let me increase the number of social media clients we have and the analytics help us keep those clients.
Experience So Far
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Hootsuite for a couple of months now and so far it has been amazing to schedule all our content under one umbrella. It is user-friendly and customer support is quick to respond.

Everything seems good! No dislikes here!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling out as far as possible and having all socials under one umbrella has made it so much easier.
