Brilliant tool to help scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts to Linkedin
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can be a bit fussy at times, mainly becaue i dont use all of the features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves hours of time, by allowing us to schedule posts on a weekly basis, rather than daily.

The ability to schedule posts, edit them, analyze your social media presence and respond to messages from all platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is having to find the correct handles on Instagram & X - it'd save so much time if you could search like you can for Facebook & LinkedIn.

The Only Social-Media Tool that actually work
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve tried numerous social media management tools, but HootSuite stands out for many reasons. One of the features I love the most is the content overview through streams. It makes monitoring multiple platforms and accounts seamless by allowing me to see everything in one place—whether it’s scheduled posts, mentions, or engagement, it’s all easy to track.
Another thing I love is the competitive overview. HootSuite provides clear insights into how my content stacks up against competitors, helping me stay ahead and fine-tune my strategy.
And of course, the analytics are top-notch! The data HootSuite provides is both comprehensive and easy to digest, helping me make informed decisions about my social media profiles. I’ve often felt frustrated with the limitations of other tools, but HootSuite has consistently delivered with its reliability, flexibility, and depth of features.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is one area where I've noticed a challenge: the page results and analytics show discrepancies compared to Meta's native reporting. While I understand that Meta imposes certain restrictions on third-party apps, it would be helpful if HootSuite could highlight more where and why these differences occur. I know that these infos exist in the tool, however offering clearer transparency on this would ensure users are fully informed about data variances and can make even more accurate assessments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and optimizing multiple social media accounts across various platforms which lead to improved engagement, better marketing decisions, and increased effectiveness of our overall social media strategy, saving time and resources in the process.

Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post across all our social media platforms with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the tagging dynamic as it currently is. It's glitchy and won't allow certain things. But overall it's pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving a lot of problems for me. I find it very beneficial that I can save time by posting across all our platforms and proactively schedule posts for the future.
A Game Changer for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard. Planning ahead is also a breeze with scheduling feature, knowing that I won't miss out on a crucial date to post content. AI powered tools are also essential these days to boost productivity, which I am glad is available for me when it comes to caption writing and help with content ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be pretty expensive, not accessible for smaller organisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me address fragmented social media management. It's really nice to be able to manage all social channels from a single dashboard as it ensures consistency of content across all platforms. I also love the social listening feature as it allows me to stay on top on what's happening so that I can work that into content planning.

Hootsuite helps us manage social
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a user-friendly platform for managing multiple social platforms - something that was time-consuming and clunky for our small non-profit to do on our own. It's easy to create posts, customize as needed for different platforms, and schedule well in advance. We like the suggested post times, that has been a helpful feature for us. We use it weekly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it automatically saved posts while you were working on them - sometimes I have to walk away and I forget to save my work as a draft, and then it times out and you lose it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a hard time posting on multiple social accounts before using Hootsuite - it was a hassle to log in to multiple platforms and we couldn't schedule things out nearly as easily as we can in with Hootsuite. The scheduling alone is worth it for us.
Easy to navigate and use
What do you like best about the product?
It's an intuitive platform - I came to a role with zero Hootsuite experience and was easily able to navigate its functions. Customer support is responsive and timely with useful answers (they don't just refer you to their website)
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have the right permissions to add social channels - so if the administrator for your social channel hasn't given you the right ones you are stuck. This is not really a fault of Hootsuite though as I understand the security aspect of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily track campaigns in the one platform across many channels
Decent scheduling platform with room for a couple of minor improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is pretty intuitive and there seems to be lots more that it could do for us - I doubt we are really getting the most out of it; features like the analytics and listening. We use it for the scheduling so that our posts can go live at times we're not available to post live. I like the ability to schedule a group of posts across different platforms with the same image but tailored text, all at the same time. Customer Support have been responsive when I've needed them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be easier to duplicate a set of posts at the same time; i.e. where I have scheduled similar posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, I have to open each post individually to schedule it again. It would be more efficient if I could duplicate the whole set in the same way I originally scheduled them; this is when the text has been tailored differently for each platform.
Our account seems to get disconnected from LinkedIn regularly - not sure why?
Would like to be able to go back further than 12 months on the schedule. It would make it much easier to reschedule seasonal posts.

Creates the ability to post at times I wouldn't normally be available to post, meaning we can get our content out at the ideal time. The recommended time feature is helpful.

Some of the IG features have been frustrating at times - particularly when tagging another account, or in re-sizing media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has changed the way we approach our social media strategy, allowing us to be more efficient and targeted in our posting. As a growing organization, but with limited communications resources, we need to be able to streamline our work processes to focus more on content development and curating.
