Great for collaborating

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to have multiple people working on the same accounts without overlapping because you can see everything in one place. I also like that there are recommended times for better engagement, the option to use AI (good for idea generation), track all incoming messages or comments, and of course, being able to schedule posts rather than doing it live on each platform. The listening tool has also come a long way – cool to see impression share and what's trending.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can use some work – finding that a lot of data sources are missing or isn't very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Set it and forget it for prepared posts, being able to track all comments/messages coming in through one place versus logging into each platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of posting across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't create Reels with music. We get the most traffic on Reels. It would be amazing if there was a way to incorporate an integrated Reel feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time by allowing easy cross platform posting.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the product that all of the competitors in this market benchmark against. Ease of use, good range of analytics reports, allows you to post in advance on a good wide range of platforms, including Bluesky and Threads which we find very useful. It probably saves us around 45 minutes a day. Having the ability to read and answer replies/DMs etc across multiple social media platforms, and assign answers saves a lot of time, plus it's so much easier to show a ROI on Hootsuite when you can show there's no duplication of answers. The analytics have really improved over the last year or so. We find the Streams feature really useful to keep a track of what's posted but it's buried under the More section.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no analytics for Bluesky yet. It's quite pricey if you just use it to just schedule your posts to Social Media otherwise it's quite competitive. Product features are skewed to agencies and brands who are selling products. We use it to get content out to our social feeds, so a lot of the general homepage advice on Hootsuite is irrelevant to us. Would be nice if we could edit the homepage to show information that we find useful and have quicklinks to features we actually find useful, not what Hootsuite thinks we'll find useful. Sending questions to customer support could be made a lot easier and support could answers questions a lot quicker than it does currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We post out news items from our website across a range of social media three or four times a day. Hootsuite enables us to make posts across all of the sites with just a few clicks and lets us see all of the results of the social media posts in one place. We don't have to search across all of the platforms to see how we're doing. There's a single interface for uploading that doesn't change, whereas other platforms are constantly moving things around. We can also schedule social posts ahead of time and the new social listening feature allows us to see what our competitors are up to and track any new trends. We are a business that works in multiple time zones and works 100% remotely so the Inbox 2.0 feature is invaluable. With it we can monitor and coordinate answering social media replies/DMs quickly and without duplication. By using Hootsuite we're probably saving around 45 minutes a day.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Scheduling is reliable and easy to plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
More responsive service during outages. Also, the webinars would be more helpful if B2B was included. Most webinars seem geared towards B2C and are more about TikTok and any many businesses avoid such platforms. It seems out of touch for more professional B2B marketing.

User Friendly Social Media Content Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Their content planner is very user friendly, esepcially when sharing the same content across multiple platforms because it easily let's you assign content to multiple platforms within the same post or duplicate the post. And they now have integrated all platforms, such as TikTik and Threads and work to keep their tool current and up to date. Their Insights feature is also a cool benefit of using Hootsuite because you can track your growth across platforms all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues reconnecting our business Instagram account multiple times and their customer service is very hard to get a hold of until you escalate things. Issues that I knew were simple to fix if I could just get on a quick call with someone or be able to chat with someone in real time instead of waiting a business day inbetween email replies would have significantly sped things up and eliminated some of the issues my team has experienced using Hootsuite. Their customer service department could be improved upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has helped our business save tons of time by allowing us to schedule the same content to multiple platforms all withone one post. Also, it has helped us to improve how we reach our audiece by suggesting the best times of day to schedule our posts. And also, it has helped streamline our weekly reporting of scorecard numbers by allowing us to pull all of our social growth numbers for all platforms in one location quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite has been excellent for me to manage our social presence. We have two businesses, and I can run them both via one single view, which is great. Also, the team aspect that HootSuite supports is great. All of us can work in unison to prep posts, then approve them, and then post them. It's a great tool that saves us a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it's been great. I have had no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly solves the problem of organizing and posting social media content to multiple brands.

What do you like best about the product?
For me the best part is analytics. You can tailor your metrics whatever you need. It’s perfect to prepare your reports on social media and to compare your performance with that of your industry. Of course it is also great to schedule posts, and even better if you manage many accounts. And they are getting better every day, introducing new features.
It is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you need to add users or accounts, the price is too high. Today it is worth every euro, tomorrow I don’t know.

What do you like best about the product?
As a social media coordinator, there are mutiple platforms used and using Hootsuite enables a more efficient and effective way to post and also get reporting to analyze metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you may have to re-link accounts and have issues then scheduling posts but this doesn't happen often.

Great Software to Stay on Top of Social Media

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to post to multiple social media platforms from one dashboard rather than having to jump from platform to platform. Built in analytics and recommended posting times help you know what is working and not working in your strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The professional plan price is a bit high with limited social media channels allowed unless you upgrade your plan to Team (at more than double the price) or Enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a time saver for managing multiple social media accounts from one platform. It's easy to see all of our posts in one easy to use dashboard/calendar across multiple channels.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hootsuite for content management for clients. I use the platform for 6 clients at the moment and schedule 3 posts per week per client. Using this platform for this purpose is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the price is the biggest deterrant for me. As well, sometimes if multiple posts are scheduled at the same time they will not all post successfully.
