Seamless and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
We love the analytic platform, which we use to monitor all of our social platforms on a weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the social media schedule can be a little slow when moving posts around the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving, having all of our social platforms in one place makes life so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule my entire week of socials at once. It saves me a ton of time and it allows me to publish the same post to multiple socials, yet tweek each individual post as needed depending on the channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't let me tag people on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to post to multiple channels at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule things ahead of time and not have to worry about them in the future!
What do you dislike about the product?
We get disconnected from our platforms sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to schedule my social media ahead of time, so I do not have to do it every day.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team has been using Hootsuite for years, and has had an excellent experience with the services provided. The best part is being able to schedule in advance, specify desired times, and the flexibility that provides our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, there are glitches, but typically there is always a notice from Hootsuite that they are working to resolve an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Using the calendar and suggested upload times for scheduling daily posts. The platform is also very straightforward and easy to use. Having trained a few different people on it's capabilities, it seems to be easy to pick up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the additional content pieces (like linked apps) kind of bog the site down, and I find the reporting process a little confusing some times - figuring out what Hootsuite can and cannot track, mixed social reports being inconsistent, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts in advance across all accounts at once is a lifesaver. The overall analytics are also very helpful and Hootsuite is constantly improving how they deliver statistics.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling posts across multiple social media channels is brilliant, as is the ongoing developments that Hootsuite add to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The discrepincies is some of the data and reports compared to other reports we run on a montly basis, cant put all the blame on Hootsuite for this but it can add extra work trying to set the reporting up correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to post relevent content across numerous social media channels and pre plan posts for product launches and events with ease

The interface has become quite busy in recent years - i understand that this offers lots more features to some users, but we just use it for simple scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
One thing that I like the most about Hootsuite is their Inbox 2.0. I like that they combine all inboxes from each social media account and have all of the messages in one area.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've run into problems where posts won't go up on time and we don't get notified of that. And, we have issues with reconnecting accounts fairly often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to our members quickly. This is benefitting us because it cuts down on time it takes to get back to members with any questions they may have.
