A convenient place to post and keep track of social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Saves time by not having to bouce around and use multiple platforms to makes posts and also allows for clean post scheduling
What do you dislike about the product?
Account tagging is not perfect but that is a problem with platform API rather than Hoosuite

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hootsuite is its incredibly user friendly and I love that it has the feature to visually organize for the month. This is a great organizational tool for social media work, and it helps streamline the process of posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hootsuite the most is it's not updating with instagrams new features. When I post from my phone, I can post an image of many sizes, and it will post just fine. However, if I try to post the same image through Hootsuite, it auto crops and flags my image. Similarily, if I post a reel on my phone, the audio works just fine, yet on Hootsuite it is unable to upload with audio. This is a huge takeaway for me because I am unable to post through Hootsuite. For story's it also doesn't let you add any of the features on Instagram (music, links, text...) If Hootsuite was fully updating with Instagram, it would make this platform the absolute best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hope Hootsuite is solving the problem I mentioned previously, which is updating its system so it integrates all the features that are provided on Instgram itself.
Is the perfect platform for the simple posts
What do you like best about the product?
Allowed me to schedule out all my monthly posts for all platforms at one time. Was easy to implement. Easy to integrate.

had some issues with loading images that I could load directly on the social site with the post.

Scheduling posts in advance and then posting automatically.
Makes managing multiple social accounts a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual aspect of the scheduler as well as the cohesiveness of the streams page where you can see comments from all platforms in one space. I visit HS several times a day and rarely have issues. HS is very easy to use and intuitive when it comes to posting. I like how they are aware of issues on certain platforms and send out announcements if something isn't working properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Hootsuite sometimes forces the aspect ratio to fit instagram when now you can post any soze image or video to instagram. We often schedule the same graphic across multiple streams and I dislike how you have to edit each individual post rather than what was scheduled at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content on different platforms all in one place. Managing comments and DMs from their platform rather than the social site.
Streamlines Managing Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes managing multiple social media accounts much easier. It's easy to favor one outlet over another. Hootsuite ensures that I can easily post across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches and doesn't post to a specific platform. I'm not sure why.

It is very easy to publish posts and schedule them ! For my different clients it saves me a lot of time ! As far as statistics are concerned, an easy way to collect my kpi's

Posting on social media was time consuming and difficult to remember to do. This takes away the manual tasks of uploading each post and posting it at a specific time.
Hootsuite- a great comprehensive tool for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a very helpful tool for social media management. The ability to preschedule posts for multiple platforms, as well as monitor your social feeds and engage with users is a huge asset to a business or someone running multiple social accounts. The user interface is very easy to understand, and the recent additions incorporating AI have been fun to explore!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Hootsuite. Some things that would be beneficial could be the implementation of Google Posts as a platform instead of it's own separate feed, or the ability to link TikTok sounds when prescheduling posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to consolidate all of our social media management. We are able to schedule content, monitor messages and comments, and explore our page analytics. Having this information in one location and in such a user friendly platform makes it very convenient.
