Hootsuite has really grown and continues to grow
What do you like best about the product?
It seems that Hootsuite has prioritised customer and partner feedback regarding key features and frustrations. Their constant rollout of new features and improved older features really shows that they are listening to their customers as opposed to just throwing out features for the sake of it. This is super important especially if you will use the tool daily! Your SaaS team needs to be more like a partner instead of just a product you buy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their current backend admin setup between Hootsuite Enterprise and Inbox 2.0 needs much work. I feel like these two modules will have completely different teams and use cases that the 1-size fits all organisation admin setup is limiting, especially with enterprise organisations with many teams and socials to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can quickly post across multiple channels all in one space; have a clear view of everything that goes out and needs to go out in one calendar view; gather key pieces of data that inform decisions on the daily; comfortably and easily engage with customers across platforms.
Great features when they work and non-existent Enterprise support

Analytical features (if they actually reported correct numbers).

What do you dislike about the product?
Support is not effective and it can be difficult to get an answer from them.
First and foremost, I now understand why Hootsuite requires new clients to sign long-term agreements. We became an enterprise client back in February, and while the features initially pitched to us were impressive, getting them to function as intended has proven to be nearly impossible.
The AutoBoost feature, which should boost all posts falling under a specific set of parameters, works sporadically, with most posts not receiving any boost at all. The analytics portion of the platform is significantly inaccurate on many metrics, and the content calendar often fails to display scheduled posts unless you clear your history and cache each time.
We started reporting these issues almost 30 days ago, but enterprise support has stopped responding. I am very disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was a real time-saver for my Social Media Management. It's very easy to use and provides analytics to track the page performances regularly. Overall, a fantastic tool for marketers handling various social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I faced a learning curve to get used to the platform, especially while using the schedule calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While handling various social media accounts at once, planning content for all is indeed a headache. I was able to identify the best-performing handles through reports and focus more on them.

Awesome SMM Tool that Saves a Lot of Time
What do you like best about the product?
As a beginner in Social Media Management, Hootsuite was indeed a helping hand for me. It helped me to track the interactions of all the social media pages from a single unified platform. The best part is that it is easy to use and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes formatting of posts, especially in Linkedin, was quite tough. Apart from that, I faced no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking social media interactions and replying to them on time was obviously one of the most challenging tasks. Hootsuite provided an all-in-one platform for me to monitor all our social media handles through a single space. Moreover, the advanced analytic tools helped us to ensure that the Social Media Management activities are on the right track.

The suggestions offered at every step including scheduling on different platforms (geography-wise), and content suggestions have been helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription seems expensive for the limited scope of work we require from the platform.

Hootsuite is automating research for executing social media marketing and therefore, helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling option helped us to be on top of our social media marketing game.Moreover the best part is, we're now able to see the reports across all channels in a single dashboard, helps us to manage everything under one roof.

There is nothing that we disliked but we didn't have a product tour while signing up. That could have helped us explore a lot more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Social post scheduling - This helps us to keep our posts ready at least a week in advance. Helped us to be more organized in our SMM efforts
2) Analytics - We're active on Instagram, X and LinkedIn, and we're able to view all the metrics at one place which saves us a lot of time.
3) AI - The AI feature helps us to better our caption drafts and usually we use chatGPT externally but Hootsuite has an inbuilt AI content generator that delivers similar results.

No. 1 Social Scheduling Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hootsuite is the AI content suggestion for writing the post or generating any content to be scheduled on the social platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing part is bit expensive compared to other competitors like Buffer.

Hootsuite helps to create quality content, identifies the trending content, suggests trending time and helps in scheduling content.

Hootsuite gives my startup an effortless way to manage social media, letting us post frequently and to multiple platforms at once without having to log into each social media site individually
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I've never had any negative experiences using hootsuite.

Hootsuite lets me and my team spend more time on actual work and less time on posting and creating content. It's a huge benefit to my team, saving me a ton of time since I don't have to post individually on different social media accounts. It definitely makes my life easier and lets me focus more on other tasks.
