Social media tool for multi organisation and cross platform posting
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to post acress different platforms and pages at the same moment. This makes social posting less time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can start from a concept publication to post across different platforms and pages. But when you need to edit the publication you need to edit each post separatly. This makes editing very time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes is possible to post across different platforms for different companies at the same time.
Brilliant scheduling and listening tool for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like ability to write out a post and customise it per channel on the same page, it makes scheduling similar posts but tailoring them for each platforms algorithm easy. I also like the 'times to post' and AI tools that help increase visibility.
Customer support is always great, I've never had to wait long and they always solve my problem in a friendly way.
I use Hootsuite almost every day to check analytics and schedule posts. It was easy to implement into the business, although I have struggled setting up the Instagram Business page to gain insights.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using Hootsuite is that there are quite a few instances where I'll still have to post natively. For example sounds on Reels, and polls on LinkedIn. The Instagram preview also only allows for square posts so it would be nice to have the option to preview 1080x1350 posts without them being cut off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of needing to post natively on to each platform. I schedule posts on to four channels so this saves me a lot of time. It also helps with post copy and visualising what my feed will look like.

can't link acoounts as they dont link by themselves

Good reliable service, but pricey

It's a great platform, but expensive. It would make sense for companies managing a lot of accounts.

Not a fan of the price. It used to be more affordable, but now is more than double what it used to be.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is able to consolidate our social media publishing and tracking into one place, and this makes it easier to organize, optimze, and track—even on the go via the app.
Team members can share content and tasks can be assigned within Hootsuite itself, which is handy.
I have been able to use it to monitor our channels to stay ahead of any questions asked of our account, and it is a pretty user-friendly interface.
The integration is straightforward and simple. You will be able to set up quickly with your accounts.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is the cost, which is on the higher end. Sometimes, I wish there was a tier of service that was above free, but was still "basic", as the bells and whistles that justify the fees are beyond what our nonprofit needs.
In the shifting landscape of social media there are sometimes glitches but Hootsuite keeps you well-informed and they are resolved in a resonable timeframe.
I wish that the interface with Instragram on the app dind't require a special step to add it and that it just came up automatically with our other platforms. It's probably not much of a bother to most people, though.

Hootsuite helps us most by keeping everything social media in one place. This saves time!
The built-in tracking is a great at-a-glance to see what's going on or if there is anything to respond to.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Hootsuite! It makes social posting so much easier. I use a pared down version for the small business b2b marketing I do, and it still does everything I need. Its super easy to use as well, which I appreciate. Not a lot of hoops to jump through, and its nice to have the metrics available as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the tagging function to work for all of the platforms I have added

Its decreasing the number of separate sites I need to go to publish content. I can do it from one place. Leaves more space in my brain for other things! Also the AI function is helpful for when I'm having a hard time coming up with something to post.
No more wasting time setting up social media
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite creates an automation for our team, allowing us to focus on content not technology. We were up and running instantly and easily integrated with other tools to give us an opportunity to set up weeks ahead of schedule. It also makes it easy for team members to onboard and step in when needed.

No issues for us, we've adopted quickly.

Easy to schedule social media posts
What do you like best about the product?
I know we don't use Hootsuite for everything it can do, but we love it for what it does. We write our some of our marketing social media posts in advance, and because Hootsuite allows us to schedule posts in advance, we can be much more efficient in our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the case where you write one post that is going across social channels, once you schedule the post, if you need to edit it for some reason, you need to go into the post for each channel/platform individually in order to make edits. Would be ideal if you could edit as easily as creating the initial draft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned previously, it makes scheduling our social posts more efficient. We can login and post for several clients across several platforms all at once.
