What do you like best about the product?
Supports majorly all platforms of Social media. Can able to schedule future post with ease. AI features help to generate Heads and descriptions for content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sudden change in pricing plans with limited use and collabration with team / user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Had used to send social media promotion to stay active with online clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a powerful social analytics tool and has helped us to gain insights into our social media performance. I liked its real time- analytics,custom dashboard and social media listening capabilities.
Real-time analytics provides real-time data such as engagement,reach impression etc.Competitive analytics can help to bench mark the performance aganist the competition.
It is easy to use and offers users a wide set of options for using external applications in addition to purely setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of their services does not have the phone support feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think there can be better features incorporate into hootsuite that makes it a better user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the hootsuite is advance analytics, one dashboard for competitor analyisi, AI caption generator and content ideas suggestions
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing i don't like is the pricing of the product and sometimes images unable to upload image sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that hootsuite solving is universal inbox, deeper analytics in order to get the better understanding of the content, keywords management and social listening

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite enables me to be sure that I am consistent and regular in my social sharing. By scheduling all my posts I am always on time and am sure that my followers are kept up to date and informed

Can't find much I don't like! It always meets my expectations

Analytics are very important in my job. By knowing what ois working best (and what isn't) I can be sure that I'm providing content that is valuable to my readers

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very easy to use. The analytics are easy to read and the calendar is easy to follow. I love the suggested post times and the way you can change posts for each platform within one draft.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have the option for a phone or video call for customer service. It would be nice to have some more robust analytics, and to be able to set the cover photos for posts to organize a grid aesthetic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to plan all my content in advance and stay ahead of schedule. It also allows me to keep a good eye on our progress over time.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Hootsuite is how EASY it is to use!! Everything is in an easy-to-use layout, and the analytics are more than easy to read. It's so easy to pull what I need to in a report and export it very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the only downside to Hootsuite is the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problems of getting analytics from each platform. It saves so much time when going through the approval process.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards, analytics and the ability to manage multiple accounts at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting to IG can be clunky. The absence of a tier between 3-member account and the enterprise account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashboards are great and also, combining analytics from various platforms in one place comes in very handy.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and cuts my time in half when posting on all of our social media accounts. The tips are also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that often but there are times where I run into an issue where my post doesn't go out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can complete the tasks of posting to all of our social media page in no time. This is beneficial because I have so many other duties to complete and it helps out alot.

What do you like best about the product?
The best Assistant and guidance to post on social media. I use it to schedule posts on my blogs on LinkedIn. It is a very productive tool!

Having the student version, there are some limitations of AI tools to use and a limited number of scheduled posts.
