What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to schedule posts across my social networks, and I really like the system's interface. You can choose to send posts immediately or schedule them for later, which is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social networks do become disconnected often in which you have to manually reconnect them. Also the price keeps going up and up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schedling posts manaully one by one can take time. It is so much more seamless to have one system handle the post scheduling for you. Hootsuite does do a great job with this.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Hootsuite for the past 10 years, and it has been an absolute game-changer for my social media management. As a busy entrepreneur, juggling multiple platforms for my businesses can be overwhelming, but Hootsuite has been my go-to assistant in handling all my day-to-day social media needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas where Hootsuite could improve. Sometimes, posts don’t send as scheduled, which can be frustrating when I’m relying on automation. Additionally, the feature to group all my social pages together takes longer than I’d like. These minor issues are something I feel they can fix to make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some social media sites are not available.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using it for years and I appreciated the sharing with webinars, events and reports on general use of social that they provided. Sometimes it has been inspiring and anyway very useful to orient own strategies, tho these reports are public, so no loss when changing provider
What do you dislike about the product?
We decided to quit it and change onto another provider because: the fees are extremely high compared to similar providers and infact we foudna better one saving 3/4 of the investment.
Hootsuite stay in a position of champions but we have great service and results for much less and with great service output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Certainly, like all other providers, they help you plan the publishing, but it's not a distinguishing requisite. As said above, it's interesting the way Hootsuite reports the experiences they have in social media management that can inspire

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to this software, we were able to effectively and centrally manage our presence on social media, saving time and optimizing our communication strategies. The interface is intuitive and allowed us to schedule posts on different platforms quickly and easily, ensuring consistent and timely planning of our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
SometimeSometimes when scheduling a post with a video it may not get the cover we give it. But we think it's a problem that's being resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking and analytics capabilities offered by Hootsuite have proven critical in better understanding our audience behavior and measuring the effectiveness of our social campaigns. The reporting tools provided us with detailed and clear data, allowing us to make informed decisions and continuously improve our social media marketing strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly all-in-one platform that is constantly updating to the latest features, services, and software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches within schedued post details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule to multiple social media platforms all at once is a huge burden off of my shoulders.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves a lot of time with scheduling and works great. We have been using it for a very long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we started, Hootsuite was still affordable, now we look at other programs every year because it has become almost unaffordable. The response you get is "we are further developing it." I find this a weak response, Canva also develops further and costs comparatively a pittance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All channels in one dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule out all of my social media posts (including IG stories!) with ease! Another plus is the free webinars.

I can't think of anything in the platform that I don't like.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps me manage all of the social media platforms for our business in one place. The software is very user friendly and straightforward, and they offer tutorials and walkthroughs when starting out to make the transition easy. I am able to see multiple streams on one screen, and Hootsuite displays a detailed content calendar where I can see all of my scheduled posts in an organized way. I also found it very easy to move from the free version to a paid subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced is losing connections with my social media pages, and having to reconnect, but customer support has been incredibly helpful with that, and most of those issues are more related to the sites having temporary issues, rather than a Hootsuite error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the problem of having to login to multiple accounts to see social media data. Having Hootsuite connect me to everything in one place has been a gamechanger for my productivity and efficiency.
