OUTSTANDING tool for every small business
What do you like best about the product?
As a small business, we market on multiple social channels, Hootsuite allows us to do it all at one time! I do a video, I upload it and then pick five (5) different account types to launch it too all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that we can only do 1 Twitter account at a time..Boo..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the ability to speed up our promotions as well as to post to 5 social accounts at one time multiple times a day.

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the ability to publish to all of our social media platforms at the same time, including assets like photo and video. We also love the ability to edit each caption per platform (ie: format differently between Instagram/X/Facebook) and to edit after scheduling. This has been a huge time saver for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't see any downsides at this time. Occasionally there are technical issues and the content doesn't publish correctly, but those are few and far between and have not caused any major issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hootsuite, we spent a lot of time creating posts across our platforms indiviudally, so this saves a lot of time. Additionally, many platforms did not allow us to schedule content in advance, which is very neccessary for us. Both of these features are the top two reasons we use this product.
Hootesuite Rules!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of making posts for our agency each week- sometimes I am short of time to make organic posts so I can always rely on the stock posts for our company to schedule and plan for the week ahead. It is easy to implement our seasonal message, the customer support is fabulous/ I use Hootsuite weekly and sometime daily- the number of features I can use to personalize my message are endless and I have not had a problem even after one year integrating our company message during differen campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any real downsides yet after a year of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can stay in touch with all of my agents social media sites and keep the information fresh on a weekly or even daily basis. I go to one site ( Hootesuite ) and I am instantly connecting with our customers on 3 different platforms. This even feeds into our website and helps to keep that content fresh and on the top of the search results.
Hootsuite is helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes creating and scheduling posts to multiple social-media platforms easy! I also find the webinars helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Photos cannot be very large. It's sometimes difficult to post videos.

Posting to multiple social-media platforms at once.
Made Social Media Posting So Much Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can schedule things ahead of time and how many accounts I can schedule for postings. It's made things much more convient so I can schedule things for my account a month in advance if I wanted to. It was so hard before to post things manually and set time aside, now I can save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be more convient to be able to shape things into a format for Instagram when I schedule things for Facebook and Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep our social media pages active and up to date with the latest things happening.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am about schedule postings and manage the influx of client comments, inquiries and reviews all in one place. Not to mention, I am able to do this with multiple companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes version updates occur less often than needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of managaing multiple social media platforms for multiple companies is awesome. I love that I am able to maintain customer relations with the inbox feature are well.
A simple yet effective way to utilize social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite brings a level of familiarity to its interface, allowing ease of use for beginner and advanced users. It is easy to implement basic to advanced levels of social media management. There are tons of help available, from resources to customer support, that is welcoming to utilize. Hootsuite is one of the software I frequently use as much as I use social media. There are plenty of features to account for. From analytics to reading your social media comments. I am able to integrate various other softwares to further utilize my social media management. Hootsuite is what I can I can ask for when it comes to managing social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that it can be a little robotic and slow to respond. It is not seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to manage multiple social media accounts through one software. It is a hub for scheduling and posting at the right times and a place where I can see detailed analytics in one place.

I can not schedule content simultaneously on different social media via mobile.

Timing and making content and 100 other things.
Great for multiple streams and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature to edit your own reports based off analytics. It is nice to design a report in the way you like so clients get a better sense of the analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is always a glitch when adding new streams

Gathering mass bunches of data for clients and reporting.
Makes Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite has made social media management a little easier. It was easy to get started and continues to be the ebst way for us to keep track of all our social media content and analytics. Having the detailed data we get from Hootesuite helps us understand what is working and what is not. We had a better understanding of our audience within months of using Hootesuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things we just can't do in Hootesuite. We still need to post events on Facebook, for example and that requires us to use the Meta Business Suite.

Hootesuite enables a better workflow and deeper analytics.
