Makes Scheduling and Reporting Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule. Especially the calendar view. I also love the recommended times to post, that saves a lot of time for us, since we're a marketing agency.
I also love the reporting. I can pull up a report 5 minutes before a meeting and it will seem like we took a lot of time building it out.
It's also super easy to teach other people how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the accounts disconnects, and I feel that there is not enough notification about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of manual labor. I don't want to hire someone to exclusively be posting manually every day. It makes no sense. It also makes analytics easy, showing my clients a wholistic view of their digital presence.

It's hard to make sure I have all my analytics. And that I'm posting regularly. It's nice to have them in one place.

Hootsuite Is the Perfect Too l for Small Non-Profits

What do you like best about the product?
The easy posting interface, the calendar views, the AI feature (don't use a ton, but when I do it's been very helpful), the "duplicate" feature as I promote training and like to post on weekends, evenings in addition to the business day. Helpful not to redo it from scratch each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to post to all three platforms in one shot, to view the calendar at a glance to see where I have "holes" in content, to plan out in advance my social media calendar while allowing for last minute additions as things invariably change.

Great for overall enterprise overview

What do you like best about the product?
I like the capability to edit pictures within Hootsuite directly. I also like the calendar overview of all our accounts; it makes it really easy to see what all our accounts are up to social-media wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the quality of pictures that is lost when things get uploaded through Hootsuite. I also wish there was a way to schedule stories directly on Hootsuite, as well as scheduling post sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me with automating and scheduling posts throughout various social media channels right away.

What do you like best about the product?
For me hootsuite social advertising stands out for its unified dashboard, enabling centralized management of campaigns across multiple platforms. With time-saving tools, robust targeting, and detailed analytics, it streamlines the ad creation process, fosters collaboration, and ensures cost-effective campaigns, making it a valuable asset for optimizing social media advertising strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good so far and it was a great experience, nothing can say bad about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me hootsuite social advertising is and instrument in resolving my campaign management, time inefficiency in overseeing multiple platforms, and what makes it more wonderful to me is the analytics that I can figure it out how effective is my post.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating amongst team members is easy, meaning cover when people are out of the office is simple and there is no crossover.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have the option of a feed of selected accounts. For example you could see the social accounts for all your franchises in one feed (ideal if they are all self managed too).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulls in all our inbound messages across social media into one place for us to reply to them quickly and easily looping in other departments/team members where required if things need escalating. Or cover needed for holidays etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Paul, our contact, has been incredibly helpful and always seeks to improve our experience so we get the most out of the system. The system is simple, and the stakeholder onboarding has been straight forward. We use hootsuite daily. There are still a lot of features which we are yet to make use of; integrations, detailed reporting and so on. I'm keen to continue getting the most out of the solution over the coming year.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only critique would be the random bugs/issues that sometimes occur; windows randomly opening, filters not working, posts not going live and so on.

Management of incoming messages by multiple business stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics, Streams, Ampyfi, Planner

I've been using Hootsuite for over 2 years and it fits perfectly as a solution for social media management and customer service operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it is a platform that suits me perfectly and therefore there is nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbox 2.0 helps us quickly identify problems using keywords and map important issues for a quick solution for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage all my social platforms in one place for all my clients. My team uses Hootsuite daily for posting, reporting, and community management and there is no way we would be able to handle the volume of client requests and client load if we did not have Hootsuite, the tool that helps us manage it all in one clean dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's a 3rd party tool any API changes mean there are service disruptions which you don't have in the same way when you post natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can quickly manage all our client's profiles, report on progress and interact with feedback in real time. Without Hootsuite we would have to log into multiple different accounts for each platform we were using and would not be able to manage the amount of clients we can easily use in the platform now.
