Hootsuite for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the calendar view to plan and create posts. It's easy to upload image and video and post to our two platforms, X and Linkedin. It's a great tool to use for our small team of two to collaborate and publish posts in tandem. It also helps us see the variety and frequency of our posting. I also like the suggested times to post. I look forward to using the analytics tools as we continue to use the tool and track our performance across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not always able to tag companies and individuals in Linkedin posts that I'm connected to, and often times the links that I put in posts are not shortened even when I use owly, so the character count is still limited while I'm writing posts in Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of tracking and managing more than one platform with your team. It helps to have our post drafting, scheduling, and analytics all in one place. It also enables our small team to schedule and draft posts efficiently.
I would be lost without Hoosuite
What do you like best about the product?
I manage 10 social media channels. I use Hoosuite multipe times a day for these accounts and the integration it provides me with the calendar scheduling on them is top notch. If I didn't use Hoosuite I am not sure what I would do. I have become a big fan of the AI writter as well and I often do try out the media library.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the media library was more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Hootsuite I had to log into each social media acount seprately. Thgis ended up taking a lot of time and just wasn't efficient. Hootsuite solved that for me.
Works Well But Keeps Removing Data Options
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to schedule posts for multiple social media sites quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like every other month, there's another new data point Hootsuite no longer provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me schedule posts for multiple social media profiles efficiently and quickly. It also gathers data that I'd otherwise be unable to access and provides that data in very easy to understand reports. It also allows me to schedule much father ahead of time than the schedulers within the social media themselves (which only let you go a month out), which is nice to have when I'm trying to get ahead to prepare for a long PTO break or busy holiday time.
My life made easier
What do you like best about the product?
I started at my company as a project manager, my role quickly evolved, now I am still managing the biggest client we have and still responsible for managing social media. While I know I haven't tapped into all of the goodness Hootsuite has to offer, it has allowed me to at the very least schedule out all of our Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter posts in one spot. I also use the tracking portion to see KPI's on all of the platforms in one space. And I occasionally respond to comments and messages for all platforms in one space on Hootsuite. It is very time saving and amazing. We use it at least once a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just started using the Story Scheduling option, however I wish there was a way to add all of the links, emojis, etc onto the story on Hootsuite and then post directly from Hootsuite instead of just getting the reminders via the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management for posting and easily reviewed analytics. This is helpful to me because I am balancing multiple job descriptions.
Best scheduling platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with AI, helping write better captions, and the extra tools available for content creating! It's easy to use, I usually only use it 2x a week but have content posted every day, costumer support is very friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often get logged off if not open the tab in a day or two, but I understand the security reasons
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im not aware of any issues that have been fixed that were affecting my work.
Overall a good platform but some room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the simple user interface and ability to post to a large selection of platforms. Long established app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been helpful to be able to make changes and corrections to posts after posting them directly from Hootsuite. A bit pricey for the features.

Having now 3 choices in French for my posts! I now recommend it to my friends!

Would be great to choose even our own social (personal) medias.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the content sharing platform of my dreams! I use it every single day, multiple times a day for the nonprofit organization I work for. It is reliable and easy to use, and I love that I can see a preview of what the content will look like on each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't choose a cover photo from the videos I upload directly. I also wish that I could choose the cropping for what it will look like on the IG grid. That cannot be fixed in the IG app once it is uploaded, so the grid doesn't always look good.

What do you dislike about the product?
Twitter/X still needs improvement. Need to fix your integration as the analytics/numbers shown on X analytics is different from what you're showing. Also, you should improve the feature on character limit especially is user has premium account on Twitter, the character limit should also adjust. And creating threads too
For Instagram, you need to fix the cropping of images. whenever I post carousel images with different image sizes/orientation, no matter how I adjust it here in hootsesuite, when it publishes, it messes it up. Preview shows it correctly but in actual post it';s different. Posting reels is really confusing here. cant find it.
But other features are really good and easy to navigate
