What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and I managed my social media in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to see the sentiment of the comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hootsuite, I don't need to give each user access directly to social networks, as the platform brings together all account management.

I would like to be able to create a ticket number to give to my custumer and when they come back, so I could easily find a specific case or even he could come back and talk about something using this ticket number

What do you like best about the product?
I like their functionality for scheduling and reporting in particluar their competitior reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how limited the TikTok reporting is, would be great to exlude paid stats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootusite allows us to scheudle our organic social content in the one place and report on each success. It also helps monitor compeetiror stats.

Hootsuite can let you schedule posts, but it might not be as good for in-the-moment social media engagement. Using the native platforms might be more beneficial for companies or individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very user-friendly and connects to various social media. All the reports/analytics that I need are available, and I can also customize the reports that I need. I can monitor the performance of all the agents and the messages that were handled.
What do you dislike about the product?
My problem with Hootsuite is the technical support. When there's downtime, it's so hard to keep in touch with the support to address the errors, and an hour that the Hootsuite is down has a big impact on our operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of agents answering the customers through our FB Page and Twitter. Instead of opening multiple platforms, they will only open the Hootsuite. And also with the reports, it is automatically available, everything is there.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's exceptional customer service stands out to me, which has left a lasting impression. My direct contacts with their support team contribute significantly to my positive experience with a tool I use daily. Hootsuite's user-friendly interface makes it accessible for social media beginners and experts, offering a seamless experience. Additionally, I value the regular updates they provide, which keep me informed about the latest features and improvements and enhance the overall usability of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback I've encountered with Hootsuite is the occasional limitation with the tag feature, especially on Twitter. There are instances where I can't use the tag feature, and I'm forced to either run the tweet as is or post it in real time. I've experienced a similar issue with LinkedIn, although they are actively addressing this concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me with time management. The scheduling feature allows me to plan my weeks with holidays, recognitions, etc., without completing everything in one day.

What do you like best about the product?
Really like the Inbox 2.0 option to keep track of any and all notifications you receive. Also love the competitive analsys page that allows you to compare your stats with competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling widget is wonky at times. Most of the time it works well, but there are sometimes where things don't get posted even though I scheduled them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It delivers all pertinent info directly into one spot. Makes it easy to keep track of notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful and highest appeal to Hootsuite is their commitment to customer service. I have worked with other vendors, including those who offer similar services (Hearsay) and Hootsuite is by far the best when it comes to ensuring their customers are set up for success. From the rollout of the enterprise services last year through now, Gareth, Reid and their collegues have been great, ensuring we're set up for success and have everything we need. Another thing I like is how innovative the Hootsuite tool is. They take client feedback and suggestions on new products, tools, features, etc. seriously and actively seek to make them a reality. The reporting features in Hootsuite are also a HUGE plus for our team; it's much appreciated having access to information we didn't have before with other programs. All in all, Hootsuite and their team care about their product, the social media industry and most importantly, their customer. My experience in working with them thus far has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike, but more a comparison between our previous vendor services. Being in the financial services industry, with strict policies and regulations, it can occassionally be cumbersome working in ProofPoint for all of the compliance side of things. It would be nice if the onboarding for ProofPoint and Hootsuite could be in the same spot (website wise), or less steps with inviting new users, i.e., sending an invite to ProofPoint to connect business pages, then waiting to confirm, then sending another invite for users to join Hootsuite. Again, this is more of an observation - our processes and how we operate may differ from others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and overall social media management. For reporting, the accuracy and detail of the endless amounts of data they provide has solved our issues of having to use different tools or native/manual reports to gather and track information. The reports being in one location, as well as the capability to fully customize them to our needs, has been a huge help. We have access to analytics we've never had before, which improves our strategies and knowledge of our audience. Regarding social media management ... we're a small team that manages a lot of content, both on the corporate communication side of things and for our sales associates. Having the ability to see everything that's happening on our social media channels, including responding to comments and messages, has saved our team a lot of time and effort to organize and daily social media tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Robust features, very user friendly and great support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the performane metrics aren't being pulled in and I don't want to clear my cache or cookies because I would have to log back into all the tools and platforms I use. So ideally, this wouldn't happen or require me to clear cache and cookies for the data to display properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organic performance pull is helpful as native tools don't break out the data whenever you boost an organic post. UTM builder, ability to draft content across multiple channels in once place.
