Useful for communicating results
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Hootsuite Impact is how it makes managing social media easy. Its analytics are great for understanding how posts perform, which helps in planning better content. The interface is user-friendly, making scheduling posts straightforward. Also, it's great at integrating with different platforms, which saves a lot of time. Overall, Hootsuite Impact is a practical tool for anyone looking to manage their social media efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite Impact is helpful, there are a few drawbacks. Sometimes, the analytics can be overwhelming with too much data, making it hard to find the most important information quickly. Also, the pricing can be a bit high, especially for small businesses or individual users. Finally, while it supports many platforms, there are still some key social networks that it doesn't integrate with, which can be limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite Impact helps by making it easy to manage and analyze social media all in one place. This saves me a lot of time and helps me understand which posts work best.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite on daily basis to schedule my posts on social media, it has a feature of scheduling the posts with calendars and time, it helps me scheduling the posts for various time zones where I dont need to worry about sitting in front of the system to sit and post manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics reports is not realtime, when compared manually with the social media analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling the post for different time zones across all the social media platforms.

Customisable tool, we can choose what data we need at what time with ease. Hootsuite has also helped gaining more customers for us by providing the data that is need the most.

Hootsuite a good social management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite since 2017 and found it to be a good tool for managing social media profiles. I have used it at a regular pace for quite some time. It was an amazing tool for scheduling posts on a daily basis or as per your content calendar. However, the implementation and integration are not that easy. it requires some time before you can get yourself acquainted with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things I don't like about Hootsuite are that they could have added some more accounts like quora and other such platforms. Further, they are quite expensive as compared to other social media management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me, especially in managing Social Profiles. Further, managing multiple inboxes in one place.

Expensive but packed with features
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that sets Hootsuite apart is it social media inbox. I get alerts for all channels instantly for all communications: Instagram/Facebook stories, tags, posts, and direct messages; linkedin tages, comments, and direct messages; youtube comments and tags. This makes it so easy to manage all my accounts! The scheduling tool is also great because it gives me a preview for each social network including how the images will be displayed. I have tried other tools and they are lacking when it comes to messaging and previewing posts.It's easy to learn the inbox and scheduling posts. It was very easy to setup and connect all of my social accounts. I use this multiple times a day, everyday. Reporting is a bit clunky and has a learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is one of the most expensive social media managers I've tried. I don't like how it limits me on number of competitors to compare in reports. I wish reporting was easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have one central spot to see all the comments, messages, and tags from all my social media accounts. This saves me so much time. Scheduling posts also saves me a ton of time. I am able to compose a post in one window then push it out to multiple channels with the push of a single button.
Best Social Media Management App!
What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite because it's so easy to use. I handle all of the marketing and social media, so ease is much needed to save time in my day-to-day routine. It's nice because I can connect all of our social media accounts and access them all from the same place. Best of all, it makes tracking analytics and data very easy and I'm able to export my reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything I disklike about Hootsuite except for the fact that I can't connect my LinkedIn account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to streamline the act of posting on social media. This is a huge benefit because it allows compartmentalization of our social media accounts and info, which in turn makes the whole process of managing our social media accounts so much easier.
A program that makes your life easier
What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite makes making posts on multiple social media platforms at once a breeze. You can also customize the post for each platform and schedule the unique posts all at one time. The calendar also keeps track of future scheduled posts and drafts. It has tremendously helped our social media management and we wish we would have been using it sooner. I definitely recommend utilizing the free trial and trying it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the inability to post stories on Facebook and Instagram like you can with regular posts. We still have to use meta business suite for stories.

HootSuite is saving us time by allowing us to schedule posts on multiple social media platforms at one time. It also gives us the ability to let a team have posting capabilities for our social media pages.
Hootsuite is a great one-stop shop for all our social marketing solutions.

The unlimited channels we can add to our account without incurring extra cost.

I wish the navigation was more intuitive sometimes, which doesnt feel like it to me currently. Also despite using the account everyday, it asks me for a login every single time. I am the only person in my company who manages this, so there's no login from any other browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have tried every single social media management tool in the business and ultimately decided on hootsuite even though it's pricier than the others. I like the dashboard and I like the fact that the analytics are always the focus in their dashboard and also their content marketing.
