Used Hootsuite for 10+ Years - Still a Huge Asset!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability t schedule social posts across multiple channels and manage and review engagement at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tag folks on Instagram posts like we can on facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is making it easy to schedule social posts in advance across multiple social platforms.
Making life easy for Marketeers
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling of posts is really easy. All the correct functions are placed with ease of access and once the accounts are connected perfectly everything else is a breeze. We use this software very often almost 3 times a week to schedule posts correctly. The support team was very responsive and helpful whenever we had to contact them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any problem as of yet.

Scheduling of posts and viewing analytics and updates.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very user friendly and makes posting on social media sites a breeze. Our company frequently uses Hootsuite due to the ease of integration with social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I do not like about Hootsuite yet.

Simplifies Social Media Management, Needs AI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to set up Hootsuite, which significantly minimized my initial frustration and allowed me to start using the service quickly, though it took a bit of time to load the content. I find Hootsuite incredibly valuable for its ability to make scheduling multiple posts much easier and managing my social media presence more efficient. The calendar feature is particularly useful for planning and visualizing my social media content over time. Moreover, I appreciate that Hootsuite allows me to repurpose existing posts, maximizing the use of my content effectively. Additionally, the integration with Canva has been beneficial, enhancing my ability to create visually appealing content directly suitable for sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the occasional bugs in Hootsuite, which need to be sorted out as they disrupt my workflow. I also find the quality of the AI content writer needing improvement, as it does not always meet my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Hootsuite makes scheduling multiple social media posts and managing my social media presence easier, with a useful calendar and the ability to repurpose posts.

I wish I could easily hide the weekends since we don't post on the weekends for the calendar

Social Media Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite allows our team to post to all of our social platforms at once. This saves time and makes our marketing efforts more efficient. I enjoy the feature that reccomends the best times to post, allowing us to reach a broader audience and increase engengagement. Hootesuite is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Hootsuite is that if you modify a post for a specific network, like shortening the caption for Twitter, any later changes to the original post, such as adding hashtags, won't update across all networks. You’ll need to manually update each post individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootesuite saves time, allowing me to post to all platforms simultaneously.
Simple, user-friendly, and free!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is extremely easy to use, even if you don't know much about social media. They have really simplified the process. And it's FREE (at least the version we use.) There are upgrade plans available for more reporting and other enhancements. I recommend this product to business owners all the time.

The upgrades and enhancements are pricey.

What do you like best about the product?
The abilty that it is so user friendly and on top of that it saves you time. As a business owner, time is money. Anything that makes my life easier is totally worth it. I am also able to post across all our platforms all at once in the easiest way. Now with the Owl Writter I don't have to struggle with what I am describing. Totally worth the money paid!

I don't have any dislikes. It has been super benefical to my business and growing our social media platform.

Being able to post to all platforms in a time saving way; providing analytics that are easy to understand to make the changes and adjustments needed.
