What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was a bit confusing, but it wasn't an insurmountable issue---even for an older-than-the-usual user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reaching new audiences and providing far more content for our readers.
Save much time
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to post on several social media. We have pre-charged content to share and an easy way to post. Also few weeks ago, I am starting use AI features
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to say, but maybe it is possible to share my post with my key contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can avoid some steps every time I need to post it and save time. Lately, the use of AI contribute with the quality of my content and possible engagement with my audience
Hootsuite is Sweet!
What do you like best about the product?
They make it so easy for me to use and promote my busienss and skills. The site is always up and working, that is huge for me. The ability to do what I need to do is very important to me. Hootsuite does all this and more. I also really appreciate their availability for issues if and when I call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything I can put my finger on at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to upload my flyers to promote services with great ease.
Do it once - Do it right
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is used by our parent company and posts need to be approved from the main headquarters. This platform works well as a good place for local branches to creat and them to approve. Works great for review and scheduling too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is still working out some bugs with the other social media platforms but usually get fixed and addressed in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection between a main headquarter and local branches gets bridged by this tool.
Posting to social media for dummies
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Hootsuite with our social media strategy was a piece of cake! What I like best about Hootsuite is that it takes the guesswork out of coming up with a topic to post about and formats it according to what platform you are posting to. Amplify keeps an organized list of topics related to our company and products that we can quickly go to and schedule out for each month. This seamless integration of company and product related post options is a huge time saver! We also like that Hootsuite keeps track of our posting analytics, so that we have data that is actually helpful for deciding when to schedule future posts and what kind of content gets the best interactions from our unique demographic. This valuable data is freaquently used and implemented into the scheduling of our future posts. Hootsuite's customer support team has always been very helpful whenever any of our social media accounts have become disconnected or we have had questions about updates and added features. We definitely plan to use this platform more frequently in 2024, as our social media strategy continues to evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been any glaringly obvious things within Hootsuite that our office has had an issue with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping to solve the problem of, "what should we post?". This has benefitted me greatly by not having to spend a bunch of time worrying about our social media accounts and allowed me to focus on selling more and helping to meet our clients' needs.
Great Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very Simple to use and am able to get quick communications posted without wasting tons of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It kicks me out of my active accounts often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get my post out to multipul platforms at the same time. Cutting my connection times by 50 to 75% depending on how many platforms I am wanting to connect with.
Quick and painless

I choose what I want to post and it's easy to adapt to my market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have French posts. That would make my life easier and accelerate my posting

The tool is great and very intuitive to use

Being able to post and schedule posts across multiple social media channels in one place has saved me a lot of time. It is also great to stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could add more to the "streams" section as our organization manages social media for a couple of sub-committees with their own accounts.

Hard to beat for most tasks

Hootsuite allows our team to work together easily and effectively to present a unified social media presence. It was trivial for our organisation to get up and running with Hootsuite without any fuss.
I have Hootsuite open every day to review scheduled posts across a range of platforms - all the main platforms are covered. I can also log-in from anywhere to check the performance of posts and see engagement.
Adding, editing and organising posts for multiple channels is easy with recommendations and grammar checking built in. The scheduler is easy to navigate on a small or large screen, with a compact and expanded view.
It is simple to review campaign performance through the comprehensive analytics interface, especially while X analytics are broken.
I have only had to contact customer supoprt a few times, but they have always replied promptly and substantively.
There are integrations with cloud platforms and app integrations implemented to help with media management though I don't use these myself.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite provides a bulk scheduler, which I use all the time, with a reasonable limit of 350 scheduled posts. However, the bulk scheduler is slow and struggles with anything more than 10 records. There is no way to schedule posts with images, which need to be added after. This has been a long standing issue. If a solution to this were to be implemented, I would recommend this service to everyone.

Hootsuite has allowed us to build and engage with a growing social media audience using a wide range of features dedicated to that objective.
The smartest way to manage SM content
What do you like best about the product?
The planner. The analysis of data. The reporting. It's all great. I also love the image editing tools available and the preview posts (how they will appear on each platform ) - great when you notice an incorrect size and need to change in a hurry. I have accounts with other SM apps but Hootsuite is the best for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not really experienced anything I don't like 👍
