Best social media scheduling and report tool I've used to date.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is super user friendly. The reporting you get is really detailed, with the option to create and share your own specific repots. The pricing is competitve. I use Hootsuite multiple times a day and it saves me and the team so much time with our social scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the team could offer more training on new updates to ensure we are making the most of the platform, bu most things are self explanatory / easy to figure out on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating multi social channel posting. Gives a top level of the social calendar so it is really easy to plan ahead. Ther reporting saves lots of time manually pulling from each social channel.
Hootsuite is a vital tool for all business owners
What do you like best about the product?
With a team of different departments, Hootsuites scheduling feature allows us to make sure that posts are not being schedule on top of each other. We can also learn from each other and monitor our brands voice across all channels. Hootsuite was easy to intergrate across our departments and was easy to learn taking a lot of the guess work out of social media for individuals with little experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics could be a little more rebost and allow you to compare posts across channels to see how it performed without having to go to each channel to get the information. At times the data within Hootsuite's analtyics does nto match the data from the social channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easier to colloborate across multiple departments. This allows me to monitor information being produced from other channels for consitency in voice and brand.

I use the Planner and Analytics most frequently.

The warnings but unclear solutions for different platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to plan and share my professional experiences and expertise simultaneously across multiple platforms and to work with and mentor social media managers. As a wife and mom of 3 with a 9-5 and a small business, all of my time needs to be as efficient as possible. Hootsuite supports that efficiency and was not hard to learn or super expensive. I have also recently benefited from HootSuite AI tools in improving langauge for social media posts.
Easy of use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy system to use and allows me to share my interest in a few clicks. Love that in under five minutes I am to read what's availabe and decide what to add to my feed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was notified of new items on the site to share. That will increase how frequent i use the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to share the great things EDF is doing to help Britain achieve net zero.
Hootsuite: Making Work Seem Not So Bad
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and they ability to use it to collaborate with other stakeholders and digital communication specialist across campus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside of Hootsuite is the inability to duplicate posts via a calendar. If I want to duplicate a post for another date I have to duplicate, set a new date, and repeat. Another downsie is how once you've created your post with different social platforms, they all become independent posts on the content calender instead of remaining connected until posted. This would make it easier to edit prior to posting.

The ability to create mutiple post at a time.

Easy to use. Lots of templates to choose from. Makes creating content fun, quick and easy.

Improve social media engagement rate
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes brands competition over social media easy and possible to manage. We can engage with latest trend or mentions that users are tagging us. Easy configuration and installation process to integrate the social media accout with this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. We have use it everyday for the last two years and have not found any issues to make us dislike it. Hootsuite is the leading software for social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite help us to improve on our content material and using the analyzed data to create content that will engage our users. Different audience react to different type of content and it help us to carefully creating our type of content.
Social media post scheduler
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features of Hootsuite are with the post scheduler that able to sync content posting from multiple social media platform automatically. It is easy to setting it up and and has saves the time from have to manually posting it. Integration between mutiple account and platform can be quickly setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike because I have use it everyday and found no issues with this software. Great result outcome and solving our issues with content engagement.

Hootsuite acting as a social media controller and analyzer, and also as a listening platform. We analyzed the data that collected from the listening tools and making latest content from the data for better engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite gives many shortcuts, saving times and scheduling posting time for social media account management. It has saving management time and integrate between many social media medium into one.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaint and dislike form us. Hootsuite is easy to implement with little to no technical process and operation that we need to configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring social media trends and engagement is very well build by Hootsuite. The hasgtag monitoring works well with Twitter and we can see the hot topic and the volume of traffic that is taking about the topic.
Best solutions to manage multiple social media account
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the best and simplest platform to manage multiple integrated social media account and publishing content at the same time. We use it daily for activity and engagement analysis and interacting with users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trial period is rather short with no option to extend the time. It will give us more time to experience the software fully before purchase it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combines all social media management and notification to be controlled on one platform. Hootsuite is the best in this aspect and have saves our time from content publishing time consume.
