The ability to marshall all of my social media updates in one place.

The GUI takes a while to grasp, but it's fairly intuitive.

It compresses my activity, optimizing the time spent on tasks.

Hootsuite has a user-friendly interface, efficient scheduling capabilities, social media management tools, and the ability to monitor multiple social media platforms in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of certain plans is relatively high, especially for small businesses or individuals with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite streamlines social media management by offering a centralized dashboard for handling multiple accounts, scheduling posts, and monitoring real-time activities. Its analytics tools enable data-driven decisions, while features like team collaboration and content curation enhance efficiency and engagement.
Great for social scheduling and anayltics reading
What do you like best about the product?
the planner view and EOY reports. I also like that i can add multiple accounts and see them all in one planner view.
What do you dislike about the product?
not being able to tag people in the photos on posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy being able to monitor all my accounts in one place and see it there.
A huge time saver
What do you like best about the product?
It saves so much time being able to schedule posts a month ahead. And when things come up, it's easy to reschedule dates and times.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to schedule stories that use stickers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing and responding to comments in real time.
Convenience
What do you like best about the product?
How everything is in one place and the platform is user-friendly. Also how it shows story posts. It is not Meta.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty scheduling reels. Additionally, Instagram now lets you schedule posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and avoids forgetting when to post.
Great Product with numerous integrations and extensive team collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great place to manage all of your social media platforms in one spot. Being able to create and implement teams for collaborative posting is a tremendous help as a social media manager. It is great to have one spot to reference on a daily basis to schedule posts. I would recommend Hootsuite to those considering a social media management tool. The new features such as an integrated AI are a nice addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a little more updated and simplified. During Implementation, there were a few team members that did not connect directly to the account the first time they received their invitation. It did work after deleting and reinviting, but it was an extra step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one location to manage all social media platforms for 5+ properties is a must! Saves countless hours from hopping around to each channel to post and schedule.
Excellent Social Media Manager
What do you like best about the product?
It's great being able to schedule an entire month of social media posts across all of the platforms we use. It's a huge timesaver and makes maintainaing a strong social media presence a breeze. The content in Amplify is well written with great graphics and makes our pages look very professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, my organization does not allow me to use the Owly AI feature. Hopefully in the future they'll be able to meet the compliance requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to stay active on social media without having to remember to post every couple of days. I can share a single post across multiple platforms witha few clicks.
Easy to use social media scheduler!
What do you like best about the product?
Being new to scheduling social media on multiple platforms, I found Hootsuite easy to use. I LOVE the calendar view so I can see what I'm scheduling throughout the week, and I can even go back to what I posted last year and reuse it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite gave the ability to go back to at least TWO years' worth of posts, instead of one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has become my partner for creating fresh, engaging content—especially now with its AI features. It has saved me so much time.
Easy to Use with Great Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The reports you can create are detailed and give you great insights as to how your socials are performing. It's also a very easy to use tool and anyone can pick it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging individual people in posts from Hootsuite can be troublesome, forcing you to go into each social platform and tag people from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates all socials into one, easy to use platform. It saves me time when posting to socials and responding to comments.
Simple and easy way to post & schedule posts for social media.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity to market your brand. Never had an issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. I connect to LinkedIn easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization is able to send marketing updates to our global customers via LinkedIn through Hootsuite.
