Amazing for posting at scale!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that I can plan out all of my social media for the week in a push of a button! It's so awesome that you can go in and edit each post to your own liking, and schedule all of the posts ahead of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if this is available to me but do we have metrics on when the best times to post are? Does the platform do that?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing my org to be seen at scale by multiple different people on various linkedin platforms- that is awesome and hugely benefiting us!! we want to be seen by our network!
A great experience!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, functionality, and robust reporting capabilities. This is a big upgrade from previous tools I have used. The customer support has been great, and we're super happy to have made the switch. I use this tool everyday, and I have yet to find issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any downsides. I would like to see a Salesforce integration in the future if possible!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a feature-rich platform that caters all we need to managing social media platform to inbox engagement with users. It is easy when we are able to manage all the engagement and activity from different account in one platform. We use it everyday to monitors activity from all the integrated accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite has no dislike from us. It is easy to implement and to response to all inboxes message from different social media account in one sitting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has a listening features that will gives us update of keyword or latest niche or topics on social media. It helps us to get creative and publishing content that is with the latest trends or issues.
Grow brand in social media platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite gives us an easy platform to grow and managing all our social media needs. Integration between social media platfrom with our business system is flawless and need no technical knowledge to connect and implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues that we had with the customer support before this. Now, they have been better in responding to support tickets and we are happy with it.

Social media management and content publishing are things that Hootuite has benefits us. We can save so mant time in drawing and structering ideas for pur social media content and sync the publishing to multiple platform.
Perfecting social media content management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the best social media content management platform that has every features to help in managing the content. Easy to publish with the help of features like hashtag and caption generator saves us time. Connecting and integrate the plaform with all our account is easy and fast to impolemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perfectly fine platform. We have no dislike or things that make us uncomfortable while using the software. It is a very recommended software for social media.

Managing social media growth and activity with Hootsuite is the best decision that we have made. It has saves the time that we need to monitors and analyzing our social media activity and content creation.
Best for social media organisation
What do you like best about the product?
Has great methods of streamlining content for marketers and content creators. The scheduling capacity is great as it allows me to plan my posts/reels before time and helps me ensure consistency. This is a great tool for campaigns as they tend to be running for a short time with a lot of repetition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't post directly to certain sites such as Instagram. So I often have to find an alternate way. This is quite frustrating and wastes my time.

Helps me save time with automatic scheduling and posting. Also blends well with external apps allowing for convenience

as a growing brand, we have our brand mentioned in many social media platforms. whether it's a good or bad mention, we have to know them and understand it. hootsuite insights has been a great tool to help us consolidate all of it!

our problem is, we have a lot of people mention us in many social media platforms and it will be too much for us to consolidate them manually. so hootsuite insights comes in handy for us!
One of the best social media management tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was my first social media management tool when I started working as a social media marketer. As a fresher, I was worried about how I was going to use the tool, but to my surprise, it is super user-friendly. You can find everything in one place and it's easy to navigate. I always suggest this tool to anyone starting their career in SMM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing till now. I still feel it's one of the best out there.

I was handling 8 social accounts and it made life easy to keep track of everything in one place. I used to schedule all my social media posts in advance. It also helped me with keeping a track of competitor's posts,

What do you like best about the product?
I love that they are an official instagram partner, I can instantly trust the site and know that the stats and information i'm recieving about my socials is accurate. Allowing me to improve over and over again. I use it at least 3 times a week to stay on time of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides at all, the integrations are amazing! With every update it improves!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrations are easy, allow many platforms and provided me with accurate stats. I love that I can design with canva through hootsuite, I love the hahtag suggestions as this can be very tricky to work out sometimes! The social content calendar helps me to keep on track and stay consistent. Scheduling content has really never been easier! Plus its unlimited!
