Hootsuite is almost perfect but not quite.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use with hootsuite and how it really helps streamline my work tasks. I have never used their customer service, so I cannot speak to that. I use this program every single work day. I think that there could be more features offered by hootsuite, but it does offer alot of great ones already. Hootsuite is very easy to use with other programs and in a general sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sizing is an issue on hootsuite. I also dislike the inability to add thumbnails to videos that go on linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem hootsuite solves is having to sit down and post our social media on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite Insights is its comprehensive social media monitoring capabilities. It provides a centralized platform where I can track mentions, keywords, and trends across various social media channels. The real-time data visualization offers an instant snapshot of what's being said about my brand, allowing me to adjust my marketing strategies accordingly. The user-friendly dashboard also makes it easy to switch between accounts and platforms, making my workflow much more efficient. Additionally, the sentiment analysis feature is invaluable; it gives me insights into how my audience perceives our brand, products, or campaigns. Overall, the upsides are its robust analytics, user-friendly interface, and the ability to monitor multiple channels simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hootsuite Insights is that sometimes the data can be a bit overwhelming, especially when tracking multiple keywords or campaigns. Filtering out the noise to get to the most relevant insights can be time-consuming. While the tool offers a broad range of analytics, I've found that it occasionally misses some mentions, leading to incomplete data. The sentiment analysis, though useful, isn't always accurate; I've come across instances where neutral or even positive mentions were categorized as negative. Price-wise, it can be on the higher end for smaller businesses or individuals. The learning curve can be steep for those new to social media analytics. In summary, the downsides include potential data oversight, occasional inaccuracies in sentiment analysis, its price point, and a steeper learning curve for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite Insights helps me keep an eye on our brand's presence across different social media platforms. It saves me time by putting everything in one place. I can quickly see how people feel about our brand and catch any issues before they blow up. Plus, it's handy to see what our competitors are up to. It's like having a pulse on our online reputation without constantly checking each platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps Customers plan out your Social Media content that normally can be spread out over many different platforms and loging by scheduling it under one tool. This is a tool that Marketing agencies can use weekly for sure! Customer Support is very friendly as well and even has a Chat feature to help connect you right away with any questions you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything negative to say about Hootsuite at this time. I really enjoy the ease of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping Customers handle their Social Media posts, etc by allowing Customers to post their content via one platform instead of having to log-into multiple platforms to share your content.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how user friendly the platform was to use it and how easy it was to learn the platform overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the intergation into my companies process's were tough at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite Insights is solving a analytics issues for me. We benefitted by being able to better use our insights to find out what people are talking about. This allows us to better implement business strategys.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of planning and scheduling the post, it has great Ai to help with your post wording, when you need a visual you can choose one from their free range or connect to another app like canva. It provides visitor analytics and is reasonable in price
What do you dislike about the product?
It can drop out of connections with the social platforms from time to time which is a little annoying. I would like to see more analytics for linkedin as well and less for instagram. It suggests mostly instagram post times which is not my main lead generation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planned and scheduling of posts and content that is engaging. I can set up and creat all my posts across multiple platforms all in one go, schedule to go out for months ahead

Decent tool for scheduling social content!

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, fantastic UI, the fact i can now sync all my platforms with a click is super time saving and efficiant. Don't know what I did before hootsuite but glad it was launched!
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a minor issue on time zones when sending messages out but customer support sorted it and since then no major issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hootsuite sets us seamlessly sync all our content accross multiple platforms at once, for us linkedin, facebook and twitter but I know it can do more as well. Having the insights addition allows us super valuable insignts into our activity and has helped us sync content at better times of the day / night to better gen engagment and reactions from potential customers.
