What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides the ability to edit copy for different channels. I love how easily you can reschedule posts and republish old posts. It also allows the use of AI to help generate content. I like that it provides training videos that are easy to understand, allowing for easier learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be high. There is a limit on the number of accounts that can be connected on the free platform. Sometimes it doesn't show posts in specific sections, such as mentions. We had some issues with scheduled posts not sending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps increase our efficiency by allowing us to schedule many posts at once. It allows us to schedule ahead and not have to worry about posting daily. It also allows you to duplicate posts to reuse them week after week. It allows us to track your analytics and see what's working.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has a simple to use dashboard and the new AI functions are GREAT! I use them for content ideas and caption creation. Hootsuite is one of the better marketing tools I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social networks seem to get disconnected alot causing some issues with reporting, etc. It's definately something you have to keep and eye on regularly, can't just connect them and forget them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media content scheduling to get ahead on our marketing initiatives and creating custome reports. The AI functions help with content ideas and caption creation.

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar view with all of my accounts & planned posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like how you couldn't automatically post from an instagram profile to a facebook group. There was no way to connect the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time consuming back & forth between social media platforms & accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was the first social media management tool I ever used in my professional career and I have always loved the ease of use that this tool provides for beginners and novices alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, Hootsuite did not provide the same level and depth of social media analytics as some other robust platforms such as Sprinklr, but from a scheduling and monitoring perspective, it was fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes social media scheduling on multiple platforms easy and quick. It saves time when you can create and schedule multiple posts at once. The tool is also very user-friendly for monitoring posts, followers, engagement, hashtags, and more.

Customer support equals a sales team to contact you and upsell
Tried to cancel acount for years
No physical number to reach anyone
Online help desk is a joke.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their metrics are the same as what you can read off any social platform
Hastag and competitor market research is there but there is much room for improvement
Can manage many social media accounts in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a very polished platform and reduces the workload significantly when creating and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms.

The hootsuite academy is very substantial and a great way to learn about the platform and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I decided to move my organisation away from hootsuite purely because of pricing. The price almost doubled which meant we could no longer afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising reporting, monitoring and scheduling is brilliant. This saves time and ultimately money for the organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
The main advantage of Hootsuite is to be able to centralize all social networks in one place, allowing us to maintain greater order and balance in all our RRSS while maintaining security, it is able to measure the impact of campaigns conducted through social networks attached, we can schedule the publication of content with time in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it can be overwhelming due to all the options it poses, a little training must be generated for its implementation to be adequate and not make mistakes that can be upsetting, for small businesses it can be a bit complicated to acquire the service due to the cost of the subscription, it can be perceived slightly expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time and resources when making use of our social networks increasing productivity and efficiency of these tasks, we can stay much more active in our social networks and generates more interaction with our followers, allows us to know the impact generated by our publications in the social networks we manage. With Hootsuite we manage to centralize in a practical and effective way the management of all our social networks, facilitates the use and maintain consistency in terms of publications and campaigns that are often performed, in addition to providing analytical reports with the scope and achievements that can be obtained with each of them, being a sublime solution in these terms.

Easy to Use with Good Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great tool to use, that I use on a daily basis. The scheduling is (mostly) seamless, and easy to create something on the fly. Once you get the hang of it, the reporting is great and helps with my quarterly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are disconnecting issues with social platforms - but easily fixed with a reconnecting prompt. The reporting could be better for posts created within Amplify (the employee advocacy tool created within Hootsuite)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better reporting. Hootsuite is open to any type of suggestion that would help our company (and me) with better reporting, or reporting that suites my needs better than waht they have.
