Campaign Coordinator
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy being able to schedule and optimize social media campaign for clients and pull raw data for them when they most need it. In comparison to other brands I find that Hootsuite offers more insight and connectability with its publics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like that the learning academy cost, it is really a stab in the back when you have Google and Amazon that offer the same academy for free. I would like to see a change in the academy especially for interns looking to bridge into the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite offers more options to expanded insight especially when it comes to trying to access the problem that most companies face in their crisis. This solution has allowed my company to reach the necessary people in a timely manner.
I love using Hootsuite, it makes social media posting effortless..

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in platform for separate post customizability, as well as AI integration and helpful tips and tricks along the way. Reporting has never been eaiser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately there are some minor glitches in the service, such as account disconnection, and some limitations that require workarounds (like manual cropping for different dimentions of photos on Instagram), but overall still a highly usable service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time it would take to individually copy and paste copy and graphics onto different platforms used to be very cumbersome. Now in Hotosuite, this processs is simplified and centralized for ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule posts in advance. I have also appreciated being able to see all of my posts coming up and also the new feature that will help us generate content!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more time to dig deeper into the features offered by Hootsuite. I use it for small projects but would like to learn more about the other features offered!

I like being able to see all of my social media platforms in one area and also being able to schedule posts!
Makes Social Media and Easy Task
What do you like best about the product?
Recommended posts, preformated posts, security of company compliance, options of available images, and the ability to create and preload my material. I can spend a couple of hours once a month and fill my social media accounts for Facebook and Instagram. It is too easy not to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The image library will need to grow over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps me from procrastinating on social media marketing. Makes posting qick and simple. I most appreciate the help with company compliance.
Great for small organizations
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Hootsuite to schedule posts in advance. When we're running a campaign, it's great to have posts already scheduled. The calendar keeps me on track with our posting goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrations with the accounts don't work, but that seems to be more with the social media channels and not with Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the only staff member who posts social content. Having all of our channels in one place makes the reporting easier and the posting easier. Relying on Hootsuite's recommendations for posting has increased our engagement.
small charity -big noise
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is reasurringly consistent and easy to get to know. Love the choice - but not too many choices!- of views. Beng able to see each post, to each platform on a visual timeline easily wihtin my laptop screen really helps all those unconscious judegments -"are there too many posts today? or 'hmm Ive used that picture too many times'. Our tiny tiny team running an important heritage visitor site doesnt have the time, nor inclination, to delve deep into analytics and long term insights, but Hootsuite enables you to find out just enough of how your doing, without 'over techinicalising ' it. Boosting posts is also sooooooo much easier than on 'other' platforms and the 'boost all posts' is absolutely ideal for our level of operation. Just waiting for Threads to be added now ..
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike. Grammarly really annoys me and would like to turn it off permanantly - but havent had time to see if its possible. the AI option was fun to try- but not enough to pay for it yet
Wish the planner had a quicker way of creating placeholder posts

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our heritage charity is dependent on building visitors and users via, literally hundreds of, events and activities. Marketing and social media is only one part of our 'team's roles, so having an easy to learn, reliable and visually helpful tool like Hootsuite enables us to make our tiny voice make a really big noise .

New Upgrades to Hootsuite are Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an all in one resource to plan, review, post on all of our social media plaftforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that would be cool to implement is allowing collab features on certain platforms (ex: Instagram)

I am able to plan and post content efficiently throught Hootsuite.
