Most user friendly social management tool EVER!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to switch out elements of one post to fit multiple platforms like editing a photo differently or using another link! From the start it was so easy to use and I felt like a pro.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that you can't assign Amplify members already existing company posts, I wish the amplify platform could be used in a way where senior leadership members already had pre written comments and re posts for existing company posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hoot suite cuts my social post scheduling time down so low. It makes it incredibly easy to schedule out months of posts at a time which leaves me more time out of my week to work on strategy.

Cross posting functionality and scheduling posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to add more social accounts that actually post. I am not able to post directly to my business account on LinkedIn.

I am able to cross post and schedule posts.
Excellent social media management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling all our posts has never been easier with Hootsuite! I have been using Hootsuite since 2015 and it has only gotten better since. I appreciate the addition of the AI tool. The analytics are also easy to comprehend and share with stakeholders!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tag IG accounts within Hootsuite is a major downside. 100% of the time, I need to edit the post once it's been posted just to tag relevant users. Being able to tag a collaborator for IG posts would be a godsend as well! Customer success agents could use some improvement as far as timeliness with their responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping my efficiency and workflow with the newly launched OwlyWriter AI tool. What would cost me 1 hour of work drafting copy now only takes me up to 15 minutes to repurpose past successful content.
Easy to use and manage
What do you like best about the product?
Streams are very helpful to keep track of all media outlets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about Hootsuite. Hootsuite has various helpful tools that create opperutnity for plenty of tools.

Keeping track of engagement and scheduling posts on time.

I did not like that I could not prepend messages before sending, but you fixed that!

Hootsuite saves me time in having to post blogs, ebooks and other industry related information on social media. I love that it lets me schedule in advance
Amazing Time saving tool
What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing Hootsuite to schedule and make instant posts on multiple social media outlets has saved me time and improved my prodictivity.It formats each post to fit the outlet automaticllay and keeps me from getting distracted and going down a rabbit hole.
What do you dislike about the product?
Leaves more room in my day for getting other things done lol.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to log in and go to each individual outlet to post or modify an origioanl post to fit each outlet.I also really love that i can schedule them for the week to automatically post.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work form my iPad or phone and schedule my post easily and time efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The maximum upload amount of photos that can be uploaded.

One stop viewing and managing!
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility to see all our social and being able to interact where necessary is a huge time save. Having a team that is not all together the visibility make it easier to view as needed no matter where we are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting to Pinterest tends to be an issue, we have a work around which is fine. The balance of the positives outwieght this by making our work load easier to manage.

Have a younger team and doing reevaluations and reviving our social presence Hootsuite has helped to all be on the same page and getting comparative performance to see where are efforts are paying off

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly! I have not experienced any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most recent update was a little hard to use at first, otherwise I have enjoyed Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is making it easier for me to remember and use my social networks for our State Farm Agency. I can post out a few days if there is ever a time where our office won't be in or if I specifically will not be in.

What do you dislike about the product?
. When I use the AI generator I lose what I have already plugged in and have to start over
. I also don't love that I have to post a pin separately
. I wish they provided more hashtag metrics for Instagram and other social sites
. I wish I could link Reddit to it

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I try to generate AI, I lose everything I've already uploaded like my images. I also wish there was more hashtag info for other social sites besides Twitter, like Instagram.
