What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling messages across multiple social platforms save so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to use shortn links using our own bitly links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to centralise oversight and management across multiple social platforms and accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a good paltform to schedule posts/job posts to multiple sites via 1 platform. This is helpful in gaining traction to open jobs &/or response/interest on a post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used free version & now there is only 30 day free trail available. The new plans are expensive to use in comparison to other available options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been helpful in posting job posts &/or posts to various other platforms or social media platforms in one go without making separate posts to individual sites.

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite has everything you need to draft, publish, monitor, and analyze social media content. I love that it's all in one place and the platform is intuitive and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally social media profiles disconnect so you have to reconnect them in order for posts to publish. This bug has happened less in recent memory, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are endless tools out there for social media marketing, and it gets overwhelming scheduling posts for one channel here, one channel there. HootSuite solves that issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness with which I can schedule posts and produce analytics reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact that Linkedin isn't better integrated and that non-image-based posts (polls, documents) can't be scheduled on Linkedin and Twitter through Hootsuite.

customer support has been driving me crazy at times, too. the fact that you have to go through multiple iterations of explaining your issue before getting in touch with a real person who will actually look into things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me tons of time. Scheduling content ahead of time, managing engagement and issuing consolidated analytics reports means I can fit more tasks in a day.
I'm also able to efficiently review and approve content from new recruits during the onboarding period.

What do you like best about the product?
The editing and word prompts to help your grammar, a link of all social media platforms in one place, and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video publishing is a pain. It fails and when you publish video you have to approve it from your phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us time to publish content by scheduling time and tracking results.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to work with a large team and coordinate our efforts on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more information about the incoming messages. For example, Instagram private messages are called Direct Messages, as are public stories that we're tagged in. It would be helpful to differentiate between the two since it's not always readily apparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite provides a platform where we can monitor all of our channels and maintain useful customer interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most notable aspects of Hootsuite is its account management team. Davis, who was assigned to help my team, is highly knowledgeable and was always noticeably available to assist us with any questions or concerns, particularly when our software was going through rolling upgrades. They've proactively offered advice and recommendations on improving how we deploy our tactics on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to directly make paid posts on LinkedIn. But I understand this is a platform issue for Linkedin and less so for Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated and timed postings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it streamlines our workflow, allows us to manage reports and work collaboratively with our team. It's reliable and has many very useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasionally updates that don't seem very intuitive and often make a process more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage all social platforms in one place, compiles reports easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see all the content we have planned in one organized spot. I love that you can tag posts and create a dashboard for analytics off of those tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bummer that you cannot upload videos into a post creation on amplify, you have to go through the normal publisher and switch accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going to the individual social media accounts and sharing content.
Having one mutual place to refer to for performance metrics - keeps results the same across the board.
Overall Managment that i have to see all media and content ion planning

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive to use, easy to add images and alt text/captions, good for scheduling posts when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't tag individuals on LinkedIn. Suggestions for writing copy - super annoying!

Advance planning; secure depository for drafts (and sharing drafts with colleagues)
