Hootsuite is a good all round tool for small to enterprise sized companies

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setting up streams. Feature release relatively regular. Has useful content suggestion tool for small companies.

Analytic dashboards are comprehensive enough and useful. More paid analytic insight options would be good though.

Account managers very good, supportive, offer strategy ideas and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most comprehensive out there in terms of governance, although they are addressing some of this in their lastest releases. Social accounts frequently disconnect.

Would prefer a fully integrated user interface with some their integration/solution partners e.g for social listening.

Cost is a little more (enterprise) than some others out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Worked with account manager to help us rollout advocacy programme and looking at solutions to bring internal teams on board and be active participants. Whilst not fully implemented, internal users see the benefits of advocacy.

It is useful to plan your posts in advance

What do you like best about the product?
You can plan your posts in advance in one single space instead of posting natively on each platform. I like that I can go back to a certain date to review the posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact you cannot tag individuals and you cannot upload pdfs on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a social media strategy and being consistent across all platforms

What do you like best about the product?
For general social media management and community management, Hootsuite excels, especially through Streams, Planner and Inbox features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps it is due to having higher expectations than what we should but from native data to that available in Hootsuite, the difference was sometimes too significant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-stop tool for all the local and regional markets we have using one tool. Makes it easier to communicate updates to process as everyone is using the same tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes social media management easier with its helpful integrations. It connects seamlessly with tools like Canva and Google Drive for efficient content creation and publishing. I can design graphics in Canva and access files from Google Drive within Hootsuite. This improves my workflow, making managing multiple social media accounts essential. It saves time and boosts my productivity while sharing quality content across all our channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit overwhelming at first, but you can adjust very well once you know it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage multiple social platforms by centralizing scheduling, monitoring, and analytics, saving time, and enhancing content performance in one place!

What do you like best about the product?
All in one platform where we create, schedule, publish, and manage social content across different social media channels. Aside from this, we can maximize the impact of social marketing with real-time measurement and insights across networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of bugs lately and some of the social media channels get disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great help in facilitating our social marketing activities in one single platform. Ultimately it drives forward brand awareness and lead generation of Emerson.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is just the best tool for digital marketers wanting to streamline social media efforts. It changes how you work - but in the best way possible! I don't have to go though each social media platform to monitor, post, and analyze. It's all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Downtimes are a given - which can honestly be inconvenient, especially if you have urgents. But it is understood that it's needed to improve the overall experience!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is basically a hub for all your social media - having one place to monitor all of your social media is a game changer and has been helpful in productivity!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all the different functions of managing social media operations are included in one place - we can listen, publish content, pull analytics, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the additional functionality pieces are add-ons and the cost can be very expensive. There are also sometimes differences in data from what you get in Hootsuite compared to what you may get from a social media platform natively - which can cause confusion and make analyzing data hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves our business need for an enterprise solution to manage multiple social media channels and accounts across a large team of staff. It helps keep us organized and working efficiently in service of our constituents.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling for all of the channels I am responsible for is a time saver. It's easy to use, and the customer support is A++. And for those who have difficulty getting started, there are excellent FAQs and tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics tools are pretty good, but I wish there were more stalwart hashtag tracking integrated with the system. The campaign tracking isn't quite as easy to use as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me time and energy when I have a lot of content to get out on a ton of channels. Seeing my whole week-at-a-glance is absolutely critical and I don't know how I functioned without it before.

What do you like best about the product?
The people we worked with were absolutely incredible! They were ultimately the reason why we moved forward with them, as it was neck and neck with Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still new to using the platform, but one of the drawbacks was that there wasn't an easy and user-friendly way to share multiple copy options for each post (this is for Amplify).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping us build an Employee Advocacy program.
