What do you like best about the product?
As a Hootsuite user, what I love most about the platform is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. Hootsuite enables me to efficiently handle all my social media accounts in one central hub, simplifying my management process. The scheduling feature is a standout, allowing me to plan and schedule posts in advance, ensuring a consistent presence. The monitoring tools are invaluable, helping me keep track of mentions, comments, and conversations relevant to my brand. Additionally, the analytics and reporting capabilities provide insightful data to optimize my social media strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able currently to schedule post before 5 minutes and scheduling in a specific time including secods, some AI could also be added to aid in the whole process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, it simplifies my social media management by allowing me to access and manage all my accounts in one centralized platform. This saves me time and effort, as I don't have to log in and out of different accounts individually. Secondly, the scheduling and automation features are incredibly beneficial. I can plan and schedule posts in advance, ensuring a consistent and regular presence on social media without having to manually post in real-time

What do you like best about the product?
having access to all social media profiles from one place, publishing posts or whatever at once in all accounts, responding quickly to customer reviews and messages, you can collect all the keywords in one place and calmly do brand listening, quickly create reports, in general, the application has everything for the efficient work of a social media manager
What do you dislike about the product?
it is impossible to track publications on Instagram by location, had to open Instagram just for this action, auto-publishing is buggy if you schedule a post for 3 or more pages on Facebook, the price, paid version is not always enough for work, and additional plugins are not cheap, sometimes managers answer not to solve the problem but to sell a new extension))))
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
significantly speeds up routine work, so we can devote more time to the development of our accounts and solving customer problems

What do you like best about the product?
the best thing about Hootsuite is that everything is in one place. It's very easy to choose and use between different areas. The organization in the tool is something I can only approve of.
The tool is self-explanatory and can be used directly by employees. Training was hardly necessary.
The new planner also looks very appealing and is part of the editorial plan.
The analytics functions are very good! The dashboards can be customized and used directly. My colleagues are happy about the reports every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor updates are still needed in some places. Especially in the new Inbox 2.0 there is still room for improvement. Simple linking of profiles is missing. Some platforms are not completely supported and you have to manually distribute a like. It is also difficult to see whether a conversation has been assigned to one. There is only New / pending / Resolved but the "Assigned" section is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to schedule posts and choose the best timing. Comments and messages are answered promptly and the analytics functions are used every day. We save a lot Time now!

Great for a Global Social Media Team

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have users in a global matrix have central access to our social accounts. The abilty to queue incoming content and distrubtue it amongst our workforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API limitions from social media companies which are beyond Hootsuites control are frusrtating. Although this is not a direct dislike about the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to have a single point of social media mangment in a large global matirx organisation, elimanting the need to give native access to our accounts and therfore creating accoutnabilty.

Brandwatch insights - one of the cheaper options on the market to access social listening software
What do you dislike about the product?
the UI lets it down compred to competititors. Also the inability to pull in social posts that weren't scheduled in Hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
The features they offer for social media management has everything I need to get my job done, from scheduling posts to pulling data analytics for my monthly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have encountered bugs and glitches in some of their features that I think every social media management software has. It is still tolerable but can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Analytics
It makes my work easier and more efficient by monitoring everything that I need to pull for my monthly performance report of the respective account that I handle.

It gives me access to have all the social accounts I handle in one page and manage the posts + strategize the posting schedule per social campaign

Social Media Workhorse with Uninspired Roadmap

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has always been my social media management go-to, with its multi-column design being an industry standard. For corporate solutions it provides the tools needed to be successful and bring strong analysis to messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
When compared to some competitors, Hootsuite is showing its age in function and UI. Innovation has slowed - one wonders if this is due to reductions in force at the company. For those new features that are delivered, many aren't really useful for my needs. UI is slowly being addressed, but the replacement of tired elements has mostly been done with features that offer a reduced, not improved, experience. This has been frustrating to watch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing all tracking/publishing/measurement tools into on place is ideal for a secure environment, especially with SSO and enterprise security requirements. It's our daily workhorse.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrated functions can keep you focused on what matters most and get tasks done quickly. It also works well with colleagues worldwide and keeps resources and assets synced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI can be improved. The proportion doesn't seem to work on some screen sizes or devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we need a solution for employee advocacy and Hootsuite's Amplify is the solution that we have been using over 3 years. it is easy and time-saving to monitor our content from different channels and relay them into Amplify so our brand ambassadors can access them and share them quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides our organisation with an all-in-one social media solution for content management, community management, social listening insights and reporting with reasonably comprehensive content variation support within the platform itself. The dedicated support team is also excellent to have access to for any minor bugs that may arise and provide great solutions within a very fast time frame.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects around content variation support can be a little slower than other products to roll out; however, when they launch new features as per the Hootsuite roadmap, they are always polished and work as they should when rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organisation used to only use native platforms for managing social media however with Hootsuite we have an all in one solution across all the channels the organisation uses and allows us a more comprehensive overview of all campaigns in market with excellent transparency for community management.
